This place has no parking . Dirty appearance. They charge 40 bucks to use kitchen equipment.  Toilets dnt flush . No t.v in the master bedrooms . For a 500 stay a night they should be ashamed . Fridge do not cool enough .really overall experience was terrible  customer service poor

The worst ever

The room was  updated and in fact the only complaint I have about the room is there was no dresser. There were two closets in the family suite with bars to hang clothes, but no hangers.   The room was clean .  As a matter of fact the housekeepers and maintenance staff  seemed to be very hard workers...and busy all day long. The two pools were clean. I would actually rate this motel at least one star higher if the office front desk men were remotely nice with ANY customer service or people skills.  I kid you not...these guys DO NOT know how to speak to people. ALSO...PLEASE NOTE... I booked in January...noted I NEEDED a first floor...called two weeks prior to confirm and was put on the 2nd floor when we arrived with an option to move to the first floor the next day! They also deactivated our key card the next day saying we were supposed to have checked out. It was a simple misunderstanding, but they offered no apologies for any of the inconveniences. The next day the housekeeper said she had us on the list as checking out (again) so I called the office to make sure our keys were not going to be deactivated a second time. The other guy in the office said her list is incorrect...and simply hung up on me.  So yeah...the rooms and pool were fine...the customer service stinks...but the price is right and people keep booking for that reason so this review won’t mean much in the end.  If I owned this place I’d ditch those two guys in the office!

Good Enough

I'd first say that I'm a fairly objective reviewer.  This place was booked by my GF for a long weekend and we are from NJ.  It is very close to the boardwalk and parking wasn't bad.  It was also fairly spacious and had enough space to sleep 2 to 3 people.

Unfortunately, the beds were of poor quality and so was the air.  It was very moist, making sleep very uncomfortable.  I will say that if you are one of those people who can sleep in any environment, then this place is probably a pretty decent deal, as the other places with better reviews so close the boardwalk are undoubtedly more expensive and fill up faster.  Maybe if you're a few young guys, etc it won't matter.  If you're a couple of women in their 30s, probably not the place for you...

Good location but poor maintenance

Check in lady was friendly. Was disappointed that the pool was closed had to use the binns pool . Pool wasn’t clean water was cloudy. Mattress was hard couldn’t sleep fight in the middle of the night young teenager drinking partying. If you want cheap this is the place. Expect more disappointed.

Cheap and ghetto 

I booked this motel because it was the only place available and allowed pets, this place is horrible AMD disgusting, the bathroom sink ran constantly,the shower had a hole in it,and the plate where you turn the shower on didn't fit, they knew about it and never came to fix it,the door didn't close all the way, the employees were rude and unfriendly the rooms were not what they said they had,I will not go back to this place and I will not reccomend it to any one.

Very bad and disgusting

I stood there on June 15 threw sunday 17,2018, not even once they came to clean the rooms we had to ask for clean towels, we had to buy a fan because they only had one ac in one of the rooms, I even told one of the guys give me the mop and broom I will clean it myself they didn't even bother to send anyone to clean, my son had bites in his arms we knew it was bed bugs he realize it when we were on our way back home in the car when he was scratching I call the hotel today still no answer back I stood in room 29, for the price they charge, never again I rather pay extra next time, mir

stay away bed bugs

The hotel was very poorly managed, flithy and discusting. The "owner or manager" was non existent our whole stay. The amenities were very little, "ice and coffee". They allow everyone to smoke wherever the want, I had two children under 5 in the room who constantly was coughing from other hotel guest cigarette smoke right in front of our room, the pool and other commons areas. When booking the hotel said only dogs under 25lbs were permitted and there were plently of larger dogs over the limit on the premises. The room door was very unsecure, there was a dead bolt present of the outside of the door but no actual lock in the room. When I adressed my conserns with the front desk I was told "I will make a note of it" The worst part of it all is my toddler son became ill from the uncleanliness of this dump, I knew we didn't book the Hilton but I have seen portapotties cleaner then this motel 


Prison has better quality 

my husband and i and three of our children stayed there two weeks ago and we loved it the whole staff was very nice,helpful and friendly it is in the perfect location. it was very clean the only issue we had was there wasn't very good water pressure in shower or a plug so i could give my young daughter a bath.other than that we LOVED it and will stay there everytime we go to wildwood we only paid about 120 a night with booking .com and thath was in july you are awesome Bonito hotel thanks for making our stay that much better Sincerely Suzanne Donahue
