Just back from another Wonderfull Family Trip to this Beach Front Resort !   Thanks to all our Friends and Owners who are our Wildwood Crest Family.  We like the old Doo-Wop low rise Motels that are preserved from the Condo Revolution  !!!!   Looking forward to next years trip already.

Another Great Stay

This hotel is so outdated and not very clean..the faucet in the bathtub was moldy and disgusting. I can tell you we will never stay there again!!
It is your typical Wildwood motel that is stuck in the 1970’s.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

This is a gem!  Vintage motor inn right on the beach!  Family owned. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Great place for families!  Bike or walk to the boardwalk. Would never stay anywhere else in Wildwood!  

Happy Place

First I must give credit to the front desk, the woman servicing the guests was very nice. The overall experience of the hotel was awful!!! The hotel is so dilapidated, the front door to our room would not shut all the way and the lock was so old it would not work either. The shower was a slow trickle of water. We had ants in our room all over our dresser and bed when I told the front desk she took the ant trap off the floor and put it on the dresser!! YIKES!! I was so disappointed - we could not even stay the night...
checked out early and went home.

AVOID!!

The best thing about the hotel was it was right off the beach. The room was inadequate to say the least. The hot water was rationed. The hotel was antiquated and dilapidated. The pool closed at 6pm a prime time to take a dip coming off the beach. It was a bed and a shower and the photos of the place did not reflect the true condition of the place. Avoid it.

Hotel Review

I don't know the clowns who have been writing the reviews lately,  but they obviously aren't frequent wildwood vacationers. You will not find a cleaner motel than here. Mom and pop motel, hopefully for generations to come. My grandfather took me here, i take my kids here, 8 and 12, and hopefully they still own it when my grand kids can go here.  Pool is the cleanest and heated. AC goes as cold as you want it, not like bigger places that limit your temp + or - 5 degrees. This is the only place I will book. Right on the beach. Owners are super friendly.

Been coming here for 30 years, never a problem

Location was good. ease of access to beach was great. This hotel was good to sleep. Amenities were out dated. Hotel was falling apart. Office staff was great when we arrived but the rest of the time we witnessed them yelling at other guests. We checked out on time and asked if we could leave our car in their lot for an hour and the woman said we needed to get off the property immediately. They needed the space for the new comers.  Ironically it was 10 am and the new comers couldn't check in until 3pm. The woman told me she couldn't please everyone. I told her she could at least try... We asked for a few other things during our stay and found the office workers to be un-accommodating every time. Perhaps these folks don't realize they should accommodate as much as possible, especially since we paid over $1,000.00 for 3 nights..    Never again will we stay here.

Never again

We decided to do an over-night last minute and found an opening here.  The location is scenic, rooms have ocean views (we were on the 2nd floor).  The rooms are typical Wildwood, older, but clean, no complaints.  Only issue is that the remote we were given didn't work the tv and it was too late at night to call anyone.  The property could use a little sprucing up, but other than that it was fine.  We actually felt like the parking spots were a little more generous than most places.

Lat Minute Over Night

We hadn't been to Wildwood NJ in 39 years and thought it was time to return!  We booked The Conca D'or Motel at the last minute.  It was a great find!  The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly.  When we asked about good places to eat, they were very helpful!  We enjoyed the pool.  You don't find many motels with pools that still have a slide and a diving board!!  On Friday we watched the fireworks from the deck!  It was a wonderful weekend!!  

Happy 39 Anniversary Vacation 

I am giving this hotel a 2 out of 5 based on a few things that it has going for it.
The positives are that the location is great. You can't beat its proximity to the beach and view of the ocean. Also it is very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. 
The staff was accommodating and let us into our room early when we arrived, and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot until 3 on the day of checkout, even though we checked out at 10. 
With that said, there are a few cons to consider. The property is very dated (as is all of wildwood it seems) and in desperate need of some upgrades. Another con is the fact that the pool closes at 6pm. We are hardly off the beach by then and enjoy swimming in the evening. Another big drawback for us is the fact that there is NO COFFEE PROVIDED. We had to go across the street each morning to the neighboring hotel's coffee shop and buy a cup.
It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. We booked last minute and there weren't many options so we went with the Conca d'or. We won't stay there again.
