This motel is absolutely charming, a real gem!
It is cleaner than many five star elite resort hotels I have stayed in! I honestly don't know how they keep it SO clean! The beds are super comfortable! The staff is pleasant & helpful. The location is terrific - less than one block to beach & boardwalk, many great places to eat within walking distance or short drive. Family atmosphere. Just delightful. 100% recommend!

Beach get-away

I stayed here a ton when I was growing up and haven’t been back since my college days. Stayed with my husband for a few nights and it’s still a magical little motel. Friendly people, super clean, and perfect location. We were on the first floor near the pool - it wasn’t too loud and the amenities are great. Be sure to get some coffee near the office in the morning. We’ll be back!

Still great after all these years!

Great motel very near the end of the boardwalk so you must walk or take the tram car if you want to get into the action part of the boardwalk.     The motel itself is worth the walk or ride down.     Very quiet neighborhood.  Extremely clean motel.   The staff is constantly cleaning.    In the morning the rooms are done but all day long someone is working outside around the pool and rooms.     Nice deck to sit out on if you want sun.    All rooms have chairs outside.   Our room also had a lounge chair.    Fresh coffee is provided outside of the office.    Beach carts  are available for rent as well.   The staff is so friendly and great at recommending places to eat.     Many are within easy walking distance from there.      Dehumidifiers in the room are emptied by the staff.    Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating.     Great place to stay   Beds comfortable.   AC worked well.     Hot water plentiful

Great clean motel.   Staff awesome

The cleanliness is outstanding, throughout the day workers could be seen wiping and. cleaning common areas including the tables and railings around. The friendly staff at the office could be reach at any time and expedite any request.

Don't get discouraged by the classification of Motel

My husband and I spent 3 days to go birding in the area. The property was very clean and the staff we encountered, Ginny an owner and Callie in housekeeping were both very nice. We requested a ground floor room. It had 2 double beds. The room was on the small side ( as are all the places we've stayed in Wildwood) as was the bathroom, but was clean and adequately stocked with towels and toiletries.  The room was nicely decorated; somewhat updated. The TV was fine and the wifi was strong. There was a fridge and microwave and enough outlets. There was a dehumidifier and a window AC unit, so it was pretty noisy with these running. My biggest criticism was the noise level. You could hear people talking in the parking lot and there is a restaurant right across the lot that played music. We could also hear the people above us and their TV. This place has a great location with easy access to the beach. This time of year, there was not a whole lot open in Wildwood, but Cape May and Stone Harbor did. It was this places last open weekend for the year. Overall, it was very nice, clean and friendly...

Very Nice Few Days

We loved our stay here, the Motel is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable, we were there for The Race Of Gentlemen but unfortunately the event was cancelled and our stay cut short but we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Motel, friendly and helpful team.

We have stayed at the Sea Gull Motel for over 20 years and always have an excellent time. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always clean.
Whenever we need something they're always accommodating.
The pool is well maintained as well as the upper deck and parking areas.

Family vacation 

We stayed here for a week, in the 2-bedroom apartment, on the recommendation of a friend. We were impressed from our check in until our check out, a full seven days. The apartment was clean and staff checked in to gauge our needs (basically just trash bags and towels) each day although we didn't need housekeeping everyday. Based upon a tip from staff, we took advantage of a seldom-used parking lot behind the second building for our large truck, because in Wildwood, parking spaces are TIGHT! We were close to the boardwalk, several restaurants and other amenities. The apartment's amenities were terrific -- full kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. It has been fully updated except for the bathroom sink and tub, which I'm presuming were preserved to protect the 50s authenticity to the town and the entire Wildwood vibe. All in all, we can't say enough wonderful things about the Sea Gull.

Perfect accommodations, close to beach/boardwalk

Hands down, this was one of the best places I have stayed at in Wildwood. Everything about the Sea Gull was better than expected, from the phone call before my arrival, to check-in, to the room and the staff. Top notch experience for me and my family. We stayed in the 2 bedroom,  2 bath apartment. There was more than enough room for the 2 adults and 6 children that were with us. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and always made sure our room was clean and had more than enough towels for all of us. Our kitchen had a full size refrigerator, large sink, stove top, dishwasher, and a convection/microwave. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer unit in the apartment too. The motel was super quiet at night, which made falling asleep quite easy for all of us. We will definitely book here again!

Hands down, best family friendly hotel in Wildwood!

The staff here were very friendly and showed that they care. The room my husband and I stayed in was very clean and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and such, although the room was very small. We were provided with free coffee in the morning at a window near the office, which I thought was really nice. But the best thing about this motel is its location at Atlantic Ave. and Cresse Ave., making it steps away from the southern end of the Wildwood boardwalk and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
