I travel a lot and know what good looks like They claimed king bed but it was a full size and other rooms I looked at were the same. My boyfriend is on the big and tall side so this bed is a joke. No blanket, just a sheet and bedspread, the one I would normally take off the bed. Many hotels don't change bedspreads out daily. Trash was never emptied from last people, hair in the trashcan in the bathroom. Some sticky stuff on the sink. Good thing I bring lysol wipes!!! I have trouble with my knee and needed an elevator but they don't have one. No handicap accessable yet we have a handicap room on the second floor. Not D
ADA compliant. Would not give us a first floor room. They wanted us to park our truck across the street rather then the parking lot of the hotel. Front desk person was not nice!! This place is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Never Again

At the end of a week-long road trip, this was just what I needed. Comfortable room, good bed, and everything worked the way it should. It's not the most up-to-date property, but I don't attach much importance to such things...the room and bed were the perfect respite. Best of all was the kind owner, who seemed to really want to be sure I had everything I needed.

Just what I needed

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.  The room was spacious and comfortable but we missed a few niceties like tissues in the bathroom, extra toiletries, and the like.  Continental breakfast was very basic - coffee, tea, juice, dry cereal and pre-packaged pastries.  There are no interior corridors so outside noise kept me awake at night.  Overall, a good value for the very reasonable rates.

Excellent Customer Service

We booked a room at this hotel mainly because it had a good rate and we didn't care if it had all of the amenities or not.  But we did find however that it was a pretty nice place after all, with everything we needed to enjoy on our trip.  The room was nice and clean, and the owners were very friendly and helpful.  The free breakfast was a little sparse - the addition of a waffle maker or something similar would have helped, but other that that everything was great, and we would definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel and a Good Value

staff were pleasant, helpful and facility was clean and quiet.we travel to the williamsport are several times a years for our business and always stay here. not luxurious but aclean place to stay and great value.

Great Place to Stay

Stayed the weekend and had a horrible experience. Horrible so called breakfast. Packaged muffins and cereal with no milk. Really!?!?
Security lock on door was broken. Several lights burned out. Towels were like the cheap ones from a gym. 
I understand this is an “economy” hotel but this was just plain disgusting. 
Worst part... there were mice in the room. Some ate our snacks that were on the table next to the bed we slept on. See attached photos.

RATS!!!

The room was very clean and neat which was very good. The staff was very helpful with everything. It was a new remodeled property with nice amenities that were helpful. The staff once again gave us lots of things that are not required with a budget friendly hotel. We stayed for a couple nights and they made us feel like home. Thanks for everything Bob and Priti! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay!

We got there and planned on staying for an extended amount of time so the owner Bob wanted us to cancel our third party reservations to book with them directly because “we were good honest people and our information could get compromised. And it saves him paper work”  very shady. We got in the hotel and it had a dirty towel on the floor and food crumbs on the counter. Broke microwave, remote, and no clean towels, and since it’s just Bob and his wife, when reported it nobody came to fix it and everyone went MIA. We were in a “premium room” and it had rats that were gnawing through our things, and roaches the size of small mice. The Beds were hard and uncomfortable, but in Williamsport you don’t have many options. You get what you pay for but I would avoid at all cost! 

Oh! And one more thing, the “free breakfast” is dry corn flakes with no milk and coffee that might as well been dirty water. Nothing more nothing less.

Nightmare

First of all I have to point out that the price indicated in the booking made with an online operator was 20 dollars different. The question that after about fifteen days I still haven't completely solved. The hotel is half renovated so at the time of our stay there were only rooms on the first floor, given the typical American motel structure there is no elevator. Very spacious rooms even two airy. Microwave refrigerators and iron bars. Dated but decent furniture. Mattress too soft in my opinion. Clean, recent bathroom. The score would be even higher if it wasn't for disguised fare, and for the courtesy of the lady who followed the check out the next morning.
