This motel stands out among its peers in New England and upstate NY. It has been beautifully renovated and is well maintained. The furniture is all in good condition and up to modern standards. The breakfast area is small, but is clean and offers you the opportunity to take food back to your room. I would recommend this motel wholeheartedly.

Immaculate and Well-Maintained

We stopped in here for the night while traveling around the state. The room had a great rate. It was clean an tidy. The beds were comfy enough for the night. The layout was different. Not a lot of room for suitcases. But they did have a small continental breakfast. That was a plus. Grab a bowl of soup and fruit before heading out. I would stay here again overnight.

Motel was a good deal for the price.

Quick overnight stay. King Bed room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The spacious bathroom appeared to have new floor and shower tiles. Conveniently located just a few minutes outside the town and campus. 

Nice accommodations within our budget!

The motel is located about a 5 minute’s drive from Williamstown and is a good base to explore the area. It’s very clean and seems to have a fresh coat of paint and a recently updated bathroom. It’s a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good value for the money.

Very disappointing customer service. We were on our way to the Villager when, unfortunately, a deer jumped out in front of our car on the parkway and thus wrecked our car in the middle of upstate NY. When we called the motel to inform them of what happened, there were no concerns for us, and we were still charged for our stay which never happened. Definitely not booking there ever again! 

Terrible Customer Service

Second day of a ski trip and I stayed at the Villager Motel halfway between resorts.  The room was fine with plenty of room and a recently done bathroom.  The room was clean and more then adequate at the price.  I did not interact with the staff at all; they had closed the office before I got there at 5pm, they had a note that the room was open and the key was inside.  I checked out before the office was open or the breakfast was available.  

If you are in the area and need a place to stay the Villager is a good choice if the price is right.

Good budget friendly motel

This unassuming motel has hotel room features.  From the outside, this is an old-style motel (as expected), but when we opened the door, it was like stepping into a much fancier hotel room:  large beds with plush linens, nice furniture with lots of USB outlets, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and good WiFi.  The bathroom was sparkling and new.  Everything was impeccably clean.  Breakfast had yogurts, fruit, cereal, bagels and muffins, oj, tea and coffee.  Less than a mile from Williams College.  Highly recommend.

Great motel near lovely attractions

Loved our stay here!
Room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom.
Comfortable, great king sized bed, super clean linens.  
Check-in was easy and the desk person was very friendly, accommodating and informative.
Lots of room to spread out in the room, with plenty of space to store suitcases, etc.
Grounds are well kept and expansive and it is situated in a quiet, lovely spot.
We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and would stay here again no problem!

Great Place To Stay!

Clean, well-appointed room with nice amenities. Good location and the back set of rooms are off the road and rear windows look into the woods. Nice value and good location. Would definitely stay again.

Great everything! Spacious Room is brand new- nice property with two person bench outside - bed is very comfortable, with blanket and top sheet,  a real coffee pot, not a Keurig. I travel with my own coffe so was happy to know I had a coffee pot. Nice sitting area with a real desk are too. Plenty of outlets so u dont have to unlpug the  light to plug in phone. I give this a 5 star review! Clean quiet comfortable with  all amenties ! Enjoy your stay :)
