What a mistake this was.  First room assigned to us had one light; none above the sink.  Tub had big blue blobs of ??, still wet.  No glasses, no wastebasket, and the towels looked like they had just been refolded.  Dirt in the corners and a month of smudged fingerprints on the door.  Assigned another room, and this one had basics, but still dirt in the corners, a whole in the bedspread, no toilet paper holder, and a peeling ceiling.  Drawer in chest was broken, and most furniture had wounds like it had been a big skirmish.  All the front desk clerk was concerned about was whether I brought back the remote to the TV when we checked out.

Never Again!!

Only 1 star because 0 is not available this place is the PITS!! Nasty room after being “cleaned”. Twice staff is so rude!! Just don’t stay here!! Drug infested homeless hanging around and needles found in the parking lot!!! No one seems to care!! Horrible horrible horrible place needs to be shut down!

This place is horrible…don’t even try to waste your money here!!

Today was a surprise mini vaca for my hard work wife. But this room ruined it for us, got in the room and used the sink to wash hand. Noticed that there was water on the floor, saw that the sink pipes is leaking! The shower was nasty full of hair from last occupants. Then my wife asked if there was any other big towel in the bathroom, said nope. So only had one towel, then she stated that we need to move to another room. Why? She said this bed is nasty full of long hair in the sheets! 

So tried to switch rooms, they said we are full and can’t move us. Not even try, there was several rooms open! Went back to the room after dinner, mind you the motel is full of South American (mostly Mexican) not racist just the facts! They partied till about 2-3 am with loud music, they didn’t care who they bothered! 

Got woken up early, because they started with their load music and clanking of bottles again! Earlier they were puking and coughing up and down the breezeway too. 

No breakfast per advertised and no complimentary coffee either! Needless to say they have a suck ass  cleaning and maintenance team! Also advising with pool, but in reality the pool is “inop” and full of nasty rainwater! Making it a swimming 🏊‍♂️ safety hazard ⚠️

DO NOT STAY HERE

We booked a room at this hotel but when we pulled up there were at least 12 cops cars in the parking lot. I rolled the window down and the police said “ do not stay here”. We took that as this hotel is very bad and you should not stay here. When we checked into a different hotel and we told the front desk what happened the women said “Are you crazy!?” And said never to stay there. Would give zero stars if possible.

Dont ever stay here

Do not stay here. This place had people overhauling a truck engine in the parking lot and people hanging around rooms that appeared to be homeless. My room was supposed to be an efficiency king suite and I was told they had no suites. The room was dark, dungy, and dirty. At 75 yrs old, I felt unsafe,  as I didn't bring my gun. I refused to stay here. Trying for a refund of money and airline miles has proved to be difficult. A complete disaster area.

Hotel from hell.

A separate building from the main building that houses homeless and is Biden's Illegal immigrant dump spot. Shower curtain had the remains of a large roach crushed between the folds. no remote for tv. the desk says people steal them. 
STAY AWAY.

Run down and poorly maintained. Trash  cans over full. Homeless hanging around.

This place is a joke, no Fridge, lights half work, and when I went to check out they claimed to have smelt cigarette and weed in my room on which neither did I smoke, and didn't give me back my deposit $150, after charging $100 a night for a room that has spiders, dust, cobwebs, and someone elses hair all over the place like they don't know how to sweep or use a mop. Not a very clean hotel, and I've worked as a housekeeper for choice Hotels before. They must do a lot of guest like that to keep the money for theirselves. Oh yeah they have no snack machine at all you have to go to a store across the street.  Ice machines don't work. No Pool. 👎 I would give this motel a 0 if I could!

Will Not Be Back

Walked into room and fridge missing. The bathroom door would not close. Had to ask for more than 1 towel and 2 lampshades and 1 lightbulb missing. TV bolted to wall near ceiling to prevent theft and no working ice makers. I had to go to gas station to buy my own ice. Third lampshade damaged . The room was at least clean which is why I gave it 1 star versus zero, Panhandler in nearby room. The blanket on the bed so thin that it could have qualified for a sheet. The only reason why I did not go elsewhere is because Priceline refused to allow me to cancel and get my $79.99 back. That was 69.00 to much for this room. The staff was friendly and apologized and kept saying their guests were constantly taking everything not bolted down including the beds. We got the hell out of here first thing in the morning and will never look back. This review will also be posted to Priceline to warn others not to come. It was clean though.

Stay Away at All Costs

The hotel is nice with lots of spacious rooms. It close close to several restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of snacks and drinks to choose from. Missy Holly is allows cheerful and makes my day… highly recommended!

Townplace Suites Wilmington / Wrightsville Beach

Stayed here and on checking in found out the TV in our room was new with no remote. According to the staff "people do not return the remotes"?. After 3 trips to the office and 3 remotes for different TV's that did not work we just gave up. The furniture is worn out, the beds are not comfortable, the floors are dirty and gritty with sand, and there is a VERY bright light beside your door that makes it seem like daylight all the time. As well we did spot several small roaches in the shower area.
