I was almost at the motel and they called to cancel my reservation I had made a week earlier and pre-paid.  Said I could have a different room but I needed to pay 48.00 more! Left me stranded.  Never again. I had to hustle to find another motel. Said they wouldn't charge me a cancelation fee. What?? They cancelled me.

Horrible experience

i enjoyed the 3 days we stayed the room was nice only thing i thought they would have been little more for the breakfast but it was filling for me i don't know who only rated this place as a 2 star hotel/motel i would rate it 3 or a little higher would recommend anybody to stay here

good place to stay

The heat did not work was absolutely freezing in my room and I just got done driving 12 hours.. was so tired I said the hell with it.. there was hair on the toilet still.. someones hangers still hanging in the room, and lots of dust. not too clean at all..

Receptionist was friendly....

My stay here has been for a little over a month now and this morning was the WORST AND RUDEST SERVICE I have had the ENTIRE time I have been here. Everyone else has been EXTREMELY friendly and kind. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my sister whom went to pay for the room for the day. She tried to charge her over the amount of the flat rate I was given so far bc of the length of my stay and asked for an ID and she was not switching out the room. She was only paying for it. The gentleman who’s name was on the room was working. She refused to apply our flat rate discount, continued to be rude to my sister who has very bad mentally issues from other trauma. I called down to speak with her and she continued her appalling attitude. I asked not to speak to me that way bc it was very rude and disrespectful and she continued. I then asked her name and later in time, she gave me a fake name, I asked her lastname and she told me “Nunya” which means “none of your business” in sarcasm. Then asked me what my name was. I went to find out the e problem at front desk and the lady there knows I’ve been here that long and knows our room and knows of the gentleman who’s name is on the room. She continued to raise her voice as she was in the phone with the manager. When I started explaining to the manager,  the front desk clerk continued to raise her voice and also answered the phone bc of a call coming in all while continuing to argue with me.  After explaining to owner she found that we have been here that long and tons the lady what to do. This woman threatened to have me physically removed by the police telling me 
my room wasn’t under my name. With that being said, my name was on the room for the second guest. My sister was trembling for about 45 minutes after the occurrence. I made a NASTY complaint on her and I honestly hope she loses her job!!!!  THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!  But she failed to agree with that. I was so upset that my blood pressure was high and had to take an extra half of meds. This woman clearly does not belong working with the public. I have NEVER in my 44 years of life been spoken to the way she spoke to m?(’

FIRE THE WHITE, HEAVYSET FRONT DESK LADY!

I live somewhat locally and my electric went out and was going to be out until 4am so I had to get a hotel. The stay was ok, the beds and the pillows were not very comfy but I could have dealt with that for one night. My issue is I paid online and booked it and checked out this morning and I only had my one charge for $61 . I just checked and I have an additional $50 added to my bank account from them. I have not done any damages to the room and called in there to see why I have more charges. The front desk lady was nice about it but let’s see if it gets fixed. I don’t understand why they charged an extra $50 and now I see the reviews that a lot of people have this problem with the days inn. I don’t have extra money for them to jus take and maybe give back to me when they want to!!! I work hard for my money and don’t stay at hotels but had no choice cux of my electricity going out. I better receive my money back. I am not a happy camper 

Not a happy camper

Missing and cracked grout in bathroom. People screaming in the hallway. Cheap furniture. Lumpy and hard bed. Breakfast in the lobby was a joke. I am glad I was alone because if I was with a woman she would not have stayed there. Most women would find the dump too filthy for their taste. 

Days inn. Pitiful

Clean room, friendly staff, good rates . Room was clean, quiet hotel, every staff member was helpful. Easy access to Dunkin' Donuts for us coffee addicts! Easy access to I-81. Ample parking even for truckers 

Nice for the price

Nice place. Food near by. The lady at check in was very helpful and friendly. The bed sheets and pillows were very comfortable.pet friendly. Clean and big rooms. Hot water in the shower. I would stay here again.

Excellent experience

Staff was friendly and accommodating. On site laundry facilities and vending machines were a welcome touch for our impromptu extended stay.  The location was convenient to light shopping and places to eat. 

Our stay

Room I was in was very clean , nice and spacious. Free continental breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk gave me very easy direction to get to the hotel.it is right off to I-81.I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
