Great shower, everything you need including ironing board, fridge, micro, Keurig. Terrific staff. Gift shop that sells t-shirts and hats for cheaper than anywhere else you'll find in the Southwest. Spacious rooms, especially if you get the king.  Decent continental breakfast, with hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereals (but skip the sausage gravy, which was not wonderful).

Best place to stay in Window Rock area

I was charged with a towel that had dye on i!! Yes I dye my hair as a 65 year old & have Never been charged at any Other Hotel!! I stayed for 2 nights paying over $200.. The evening front desk clerk was Very Nice & helpful.. the room was comfortable & clean!! I gave them a 5 Star!!  We had to stay  another night!! The next morning I went to check in again. The hotel clerk was Rude had me waiting for about 15 minutes while she was on her computer.. I asked her if I could please pay for another night!! I have to get to a conference.. She said I'm busy too!!  This morning when I left she called me & said they charged me $8.00 + for My towel??

No GOOD!!

This hotel was perfect in every way.  Clean room, nicely decorated, pleasant staff, great location.  Bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of local things to see if you have the time.  I travel often for business and this hotel is a standout.  It'll be my regular stop.

Perfect Hotel Stay

 I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the place. My hubby and I  are picky about where we stay and sometimes we tend to stay away from inns or motels but we read good reviews about this place on Trivago so we have it a shot. It was a great deal and the rooms were very clean. The bed is comfortable and we have everything we need in the room (TV, fridge, iron, blow dryer, Keurig coffee machine, microwave). Another good thing about this place is that it's in the Navajo capital of Window Rock, AZ. They have native shops, food, markets, Window Rock, and a museum among other things.  Their restaurant named Garcia served good tasty meals too and we had dinner and brunch. We took the opportunity to visit Window Rock the next morning as we never had the chance to do so on our last visit to Saint Michael several years ago.  I highly recommend this place if you want a good peaceful sleep before you move on!

Good comfortable stay with great prices

Extremely reasonable rates for the experience. Room was spotless and cozy. Quiet area with scenic sunset views. Staff was top notch. Continental breakfast was perfect due to the strong coffee and tended to breakfast bar. 

A new go to hotel.

I stayed at the Navajoland hotel in late September and in the middle of the night the water was turned off by the water supplier in the area.  Upon checkout I was told I would be refunded my hotel stay. Well, I have received my credit card statement and was not refunded, but rather charged the full amount for my hotel stay!  I called the hotel today to explain my concern, and I was told that since this was not the hotel's fault, they would not refund my money.  It might not have been their fault, but it's certainly not the guests fault either -- and as guests we did not get what we paid for, which is a place to take a shower or use a toilet!  At the least an honorable business practice would be a partial refund to the guests.

No RUNNING WATER at hotel -- and still charged full price!!!

They are lucky there is no other place to stay around. We have previously booked our room and when we arrived the receptionist said the price was higher. She said that if I wanted I could call Booking.com and ask them. As if calling from the US was cheap. The room was alright but quite expensive. Around the hotel there is nothing to do but a little Navajo park. If you can continue your trip a little bit more and stay in a different place, you should. It is very expensive for a motel, which is what it is.

Unfriendly staff

Stayed one night. Rooms were outdated, old TV, no elevators, no restuarant, Denny's next door. Had extra charges on my credit card. Tried to speak to Manager(Kim), was told she left for the day. Tried again next day, was told she wasn't going to be in today. Gave me the run around. "Hotel" did not explain extra charges. Do  not recommend!😳😔😠

Beware! Extra Credit Card Charges

there is no free breakfast as listed here. They give you a 10% off at Denny's. Also no microwave, fridge as they want you to eat at Denny's. Very slow internet and have to move furniture to plug in any devices...few outlets. room is decent but that's it and you have to reserve online to get the Google rate othrewise higher rate and lots of tax.

Poor amenities

This place seems to get some interesting reviews both directions.  I am in the middle.  The room is a basic motel room with a bed, table, tv, microwave, and refrigerator.  Bed was comfortable enough but not luxurious.  Staff is friendly.  Room is worn around the edges and could use some love.  Marks on the ceiling from some repaired leaks is my guess.  Old school below the window heater/ac unit.  Carpet is dated but still functional.  Door was a bit of an issue as I had to push after the card opened it and had to push to make sure it closed.  Place has an indoor pool and meeting facilities, although our meeting was about 30 miles away.  Denny’s in the parking lot owned by the same people, so pretty convenient and they gave us a discount coupon.  Gave me nostalgia flashbacks to road trip motels as a kid.  It is just a functional motel for you to stay and get a night’s sleep. with a bed, table, tv, microwave, and refrigerator.  Bed was comfortable enough but not luxurious.  Staff is friendly.
