If you are frugal there is nothing wrong with this place:
Adequate room with all the necessities , clean but slightly out of town. Everything is simple but works which is all you can ask for at the low price. In one sentence: you get what you ask for!

Run! It’s bed bug infested!
It’s 3:00 am as I’ve just been awoken having been bitten all over my arm by bed bugs. (Pictures included).
I’m in room 104. I wanted to leave the hotel immediately and went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The manager, a complete liar said he had no authority to refund. I was then denied another room. So I’m forced to sleep on the chair. The manager had zero accountability or responsibility. I believe this hotel is bed bug infested. I’ve enclosed a picture of the bug I just killed in my bed. Do not stay at this dump.

One night is all we could stay here. No conversation from the staff at check-in. Our room had no bedside lamps to read by. Room was huge. It appeared to be missing a couch. Lot of wasted space. No high speed wifi. Breakfast was sad.

Stay at your own risk. The room was dirty, and the mattresses were disgusting. The first thing I do upon entering any hotel room is check the mattresses, and this hotel is a perfect example of why I do that. I pull the covers back and check the condition of the mattress for stains. I check the seams on the top and bottom of the mattress for dark stains/spots (sign of bed bugs), and I make sure the bedding is clean. These mattresses here were covered in stains. To be clear, I did NOT see any sign of bed bugs, but the stains on the mattress were enough that I wouldn't consider sleeping on them. There was a definite smell to the room, maybe musty? Not sure, but it wasn't pleasant. The sink had rust stains, the shower was stained and the shower walls were dirty. I was in the room almost three minutes, and that was 3 too long. If you like the rate, and don't mind the stains or slight odor, I'm sure it will work for you. If you don't like a dirty room or smells, I would suggest finding alternative accomodations. The Econolodge just down the road is newly remodeled and is a much better choice in my opinion... On a good note, the desk clerk was polite and professional, while refusing to make my stay right.

Always check your mattress before setting down your bags

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this Rodeway Inn.  The people are very helpful when checking in and out.  The only two problems we encountered were 1. No enough hangers.  It should be 6 hangers for a couple.  Three each, one for a shirt, jacket and pants.  Besides the two metal hooks.  

2. Additionally, had vehicle fumes come into the room in the morning as someone parked outside our window backed into the slot and was running the engine in the morning.  A solution is to put up signs stating no backing into slots.

Spacious Room

Worse experience ever. The walls of the room in this hotel were paper thin and I could hear everything the persons next door were talking about. They were loud. I slept 2 hours because they were up most of the night and at 5 am the noise was so bad. My family got our belongings and left. Also there was a door connecting the two rooms, locked, had a huge gap on the top which made the noise even worse. I would suggest you run away from that place if you are considering staying there, you won't sleep because you will hear everything all night long. 

Worse experience 

The motel is old and tired and creaky and poorly maintained. For instance, the banister on the stairs is loose and feels more like you are holding it up rather than the other way around. They advertise high speed WiFi, but it doesn’t work in the room, only in the none to pleasant lobby. The staff didn’t seem overly concerned or surprised. The breakfast they put out was the bare minimum, totally in keeping with the General lack of interest by the staff.

Old and tired.

We booked this as part of a package. This inn is the worst place I have ever stayed & we travel world wide. It is dilapidated, filthy and in need of serious TLC. There is a smell in the corridor and I dread to think what it is...it was like raw sewage. I could not take my footwear off in our room as the carpet was so disgustingly worn and dirty. The room window was so dirty we couldn't see our beautiful car park view. The bathroom door had a hole in the bottom of it - it looked like it had been kicked in - the bathroom itself was incredibly dirty. The breakfast, although free, offered luke warm coffee, sour orange juice, tiny donuts and bread for toasting, so poor we went elsewhere. It certainly has given en us memories, just not the kind we we're hoping for..we've decided that, in future, when something is particularly bad, we will say it was a bit "rodeway" Definitely do not recommend, especially if you have basic hygiene standards.

Worst experience ever

Booked a king sized bed room. Got here and the late-night attendance guy says "two beds".
Me: "a king sized, right?"
Him: "no, I have a two bedroom and I like it better so it is what you get".
Rodeway - you shall not see me again!
Room also very worn.
