I had a very bad experience at the Days Inn on August 18-20. It was our anniversary my husband paid for a queen size bed and the bed was a full size. There was no tissue in the bathroom which was bought to me right away. Water was leaking from the ice machine, there was a slow leak in the sink, there was no room service nor were we asked if we wanted any fresh towels. We are coming back to Wisconsin Dells but we will not be staying at the Days Inn nor will we recommend anyone to make reservations.

Terrible Experience

If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, please reconsider. The place was absolutely filthy—dirty and moldy. What was supposed to be a weekend getaway turned into a one-day trip. There’s no way anyone with self-respect would want to sleep on stained, dirty sheets. They showed us three different rooms, and none were fit for an overnight stay.

Please do not book!

We booked it for the hot tub. Hot tub was broken. Breakfast was waffles or cereal. Bad. There were nails sticking up through the carpet. The room stunk. The fridge operated as a freezer. Everything I put in it froze. And there was no elevator. I will never go back. 

Run as fast as you can!! Let me provide a list of all the horrible things with this hotel…

- Bathtub is disgusting - very dirty tub floor and hair on the walls 
- Blue bed liner is dirty
- We were given half a roll of toilet paper for the 5 of us 
- Barely enough towels in the room 
- There was a hole in the pillow on one of the beds 
- The fold out bed was BEYOND terrible 
- Our daughters feet were black from the carpet in the room 
- They have 1 person doing w everything from front desk to cleaning.  The rooms are disgusting and there’s never anyone at the front
- Hot tub was down … this is one of the busiest times of the year - get it fixed!!!
- For $143 USD a night this is completely unacceptable

We were planning on staying for 4 nights but after how dirty the room was and how incredibly rude the manager was to us we left and thankfully found a new place that is far better.  When we brought our concerns to the manager, he told us we should just go find another hotel because of how we were talking to him.  All we did was bring up our concerns and show him photos of what our room looks like.  Completely unprofessional and will NEVER go back there!!!

Run run run as fast as you can!

Last minute to go to the Dells and this was pretty much the only hotel available. Will never stay again for the price we paid almost $200, would have rather slept in our car except we had a toddler with us. Bathroom was disgusting, my husband saw bugs the next morning in the tub. Only good thing was location. I would not reccomend even if last minute.

Never again!

Rude staff. Dirty rooms.  When closing the pool area the staff was rude when all hotel guest were in the pool area at 10pm. Smears of dirt on the sheets. Old contact lens on the floor of the shower in plain view. 

Definitely room for improvement

If there was a lower rating I would give it We checked into the Days Inn in Wisconsin Dells and 3 hours later checked out. Mold in bath tub, fruit flies in room, open bottles of shampoo and body wash which is unsanitary, bed springs poking thru mattress. Would not refund us our money. Will never stay there again and will make sure to spread the word to others. Refused to refund our money. Staff is rude and doesn’t seem to care about customer comfort at all. 

DO NOT stay here

The only complaint I had was all outside doors were unlocked at all times. The only place you needed a key was for your room so anyone can be walking around at anytime, They also don't allow you have an extra pillows. They were strict on the one pillow per person in the room!

Dells trip

Bed seemed smaller than a queen, had a stain on the fitted sheet. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom, rough towels, half used toilet paper rolls, and mildew in the cracks of the shower/tub. Bed were squeaky and not comfortable, we were supposed to stay Mon-Fri but tried checking out Thursday morning but didn’t get proper checkout and told I can “just leave”. Don’t waste your money on booking protection with Expedia because if you leave early for illness like we did you won’t get your money back like it states, it’s a joke. Plus I was told I couldn’t have a receipt for the $300+ I paid Monday. Sketchy as hell. Will not stay here again.

Unprofessional and sketchy

It was a nice hotel for the price.  the staff was excellent!  Breakfast was busy  with not alot of things to eat -
Beds were firm for my liking, I tossed and turned. Wish the pool was open longer because we were out all day and wanted to sit in the hot tub after. Overall we enjoyed our quick trip
