I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience. We booked a room for a week and were assigned to room 230. On the second night, around 9 PM, the hotel manager, Misty, banged on our door and barged in while we were sleeping. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unsafe.
We called the police because we felt threatened. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, Misty canceled our room access and locked our service dog inside. The police informed us that they frequently receive calls about this hotel, and it’s a common problem spot.
Despite having paid for a week, we were forced to leave the premises because the manager has the authority to kick guests out without reason. We are now fighting for a refund and will never return. This place is a complete mess, and word will definitely get around about how poorly it is managed. Misty’s erratic behavior is a danger to guests and her own children.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Horrible Experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional Management

The front desk check in was very friendly and accommodating.  The ice machine was not working and he went and purxhased some and brought it to our room.  The room was excellant well stocked and comfortable.

Very clean, rates up their with high price places I have stayed recently. Quiet without problems. Roku TV wasn't my favorite. All kitchen appliances were clean with plenty of cooking utensils. You will need coffee pods and dishwasher pods.

This amazing place to stay the staff are friendly and amazing they clean every day your room have kitchenettes and everything you need for staying long periods I be happy staying there so 100% recommended I will stay again thanks for your service 

I love it

Room was nice & very affordable! Housekeeping staff does a great job & you can tell they take pride in their work by the cleanliness of the room. Check in was a breeze, we arrived after midnight but April was right there to greet us at the check in window & was very warm & welcoming. We were a little upset the next morning to find there wasn’t a slightly better breakfast but we were told by the manager Misty, who was very welcoming as well, they don’t have the facilities to host a hot breakfast which is completely understandable because the lobby is a smaller area. However the breakfast was still good they had things like bagels & bread to make toast, a basket with fruit, granola bars, donuts etc in it so all in all it wasn’t to bad. Juice, coffee & water. This hotel is overall worth the money at a very affordable rate!

Nice & affordable

Made a trip to visit family in Woodward & had a family member suggest Sands Inn & Suites for my stay accommodations & I must say it was a great suggestion! Check in was fast with virtually no wait time at all, they didn’t have the room type I had requested as they were almost at capacity,  so the desk clerk Missy upgraded my room at no extra cost and was extremely helpful when we asked for a good place to get a bite to eat she directed us to “Floral & Hearty” which ended up being an excellent choice! Only issue we had was our keys not working to get the door open but Vanessa got us fixed up pretty quickly. Housekeeping staff was great as well, we had fresh towels and the room was very nice & beds were comfy. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in town!

Spacious & comfortable

We stayed at Sands Inn and Suites for a couple of days. It was the worse experience.  The front desk assistance was awful,  no courtesy what so ever. There is no breakfast,apparently they didn't get a food permit...No beverage dispensing machines. the rooms are dirty,specially the floors... Towels are terrible, soap smells and feels like cheap laundry soap. Maintenance of premises is bad.. feels dirty all around. Darkening curtains in room have wholes or curtains do not fully close so no privacy or options to keep the room dark...
Bathroom sink was clogged so could not use. Water would not drain...Please go somewhere else...it is not worth your money...

Worst service ever!

The full kitchen was a big plus.  It had a full sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.  We stayed in a room with three queen beds.  There was enough room to spread out.  Staff was very nice and helpful.  It wasn't a 5-star hotel, but much better than other hotels in its class.  We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit.  

Will stay again

  The lady at check in was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. The motel is located far enough from the highway as to noise not being a problem The price was very reasonable considering all the amenities offered.
  Overall it was a great experience.

Clean comfortable room centrally located to all of Woodward ,room has everything you need for a short stay and would not hesitate to book for a month.dishes to eat on ,stove,microwave,hot clean showers ,
