We stayed there for 2 nights and loved the room !! 
Bright and large room with a King bed and super clean !! 
WIFI was super fast AND secure !!
A small fridge and microwave were provided as well.
Ice machine was just a few doors down from our room with no shortage of cubes !
Coin operated laundry was right next door for guests to use.  
Conveniently located on 4th Avenue ( Main road ) The hotel is set back from the road so it made for a quiet restful sleep at night.

I would DEFINETLY stay here again !!

Awesome motel for a 2 night stay !

My wife and I stayed at the Hacienda in Yuma recently for one night. It's an excellent motel in a convenient location with a friendly staff.  Really the kind of place that independent motels should be, with clean, comfortable rooms that look good, have what you need and everything works. Strongly recommended.

Outstanding value

Very clean...decent location well off I 8 or US 95. The $70 rate was about half of places near the interstate...
Beds were comfortable...pillows were nice and firm unlike most hotel pillows...which crush to the mattress even before your head hits it.
There minor problems...do not take room 10 or 11...
.the ice machine compressor runs on and off every few minutes....bring your own soap because their bars are tiny and if you weigh more than 50 or 75 lbs...get extra bath towels.

Good ....near great...with a few minor warts

The motel was better than I expected, the value was great.  Room was clean, bed was decent, air conditioner was quick to cool the room down.   I will be returning to this location on my next trip.  It’s a motel, not a five star resort but I feel it exceed what I expected to receive for the price. There are lots of food options right around the motel 

Exceeded expectations 

I always stay here on my way to SoCal.
It's older but they keep it up nicely and have redone most of the  rooms. They will finish the last couple of rooms summer 2020.
It's close to lots of restaurants and easy off the highway.
I'm impressed each time i stay.

Great place

The Hacienda Hotel has been awarded the Official Weekend residence of the Strumbumz.. Our esteemed guitarist extraordinaire, Mr. Matt Murray stays there while in Yuma for gigs.. he says it's the bomb diggity!

Awesome Mom and Pop hotel..

The motel may be old but you wouldn't know it when stepping into a room.  New bath, new plank type tiles and new carpet.  The double beds were of good quality.  New Vizio Flat TV and New LG Room Air Unit with remote control.  We definitely will stay here again on upcoming trips to Algodones for dental work..

Very good value for a older property

we arrived on wednesday in this motel on our trip to tucson.
we find this motel room very clean.
everything works (outlets,usb) No coffeemaker in the room.We missed that.
No clockradio.Prison museum is worth to visit

We have stayed at the Hacienda every year for at least 6 years. It is a convenient location close to family, the rooms are updated, self service laundry is available, TV and Internet is good as is the a/c. There is an in room refrigerator and microwave and the beds are comfortable. Walking distance to several decent restaurants. Grocery stores a few blocks away. Everything we need!

Economical with everything we need.

As a small business owner, I try to support other small businesses when I travel.  This brings me to the best and worst of the motel industry.  The Hacienda is the best.  The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, the grounds clean and well cared for.  The buildings well maintained and updated.  The staff very friendly and accommodating.  The price was right and we enjoyed our 4 night stay.  Highly recommend.
