The staff was kind and the location is very practical. Easy access to the historical center and main streets. Good restaurant options near by.
There is a cozy little garden on the back.
The room its ok and clean, but seems a bit old and not in very good maintenance. The double bed is actually two single beds and this can be a bit unconforrable.
The breakfast is not very good (we visited in winter time). Just some bread and media lunas, tea and coffe.
The price was ok and maybe that would be a reason to stay there again.

Good location

Nice staff, cozy place, very clean room. Breakfast is ok. Excellent location, 5 min walking distance from/to bus station, port, and old town! 10 min by foot to closest beach. Never been on a so conveniently located place. Totally recommended.

Just perfect

We booked into this hotel for its location so near to the bus station and port. So handy . Then it was not far to walk to the historical part of town. The hotel is old fashioned with a lovely wooden staircase. No lift so the gentleman on reception carried our luggage up. The room was spacious and light , with a balcony and  the bathroom was fairly big too. Lots of wood panelling and floors were of wood too. Each room had its own name. Wifi was good and on the ground floor there was a breakfast room and a setting room to relax in. There was also a garden. The buffet breakfast was basic with fruit, cereals, toast and cakes. There were savoury things too. The staff were very helpful. All in all a good place to stay if you like old fashioned places full of character!

Lovely old fashioned hotel!

The staff was rude. We told them it was our wedding anniversary the reason for the trip and they said "it is a private matter" that you can read : we do not care.Differently from all other places we stayed that always asked if there is any special occasion. Morever they do not allow early check in regardless if they have a room available  or not because "all guests" are the same. Very weird. Besides, they signed all emails as " the administration " doing everything to do not be identified and not in a personal way as 99% of the hotels which you know who you are talking with. Finally the room has mouldy curtains and the bathroom in special smells it. The bed was not a real double bed but 2 single ones put together and we found quite annoying as we were waking up falling in the the edge os the beds.

Do not stay here

This hotel is a great boutique property located walking distance to everything. Very close to good restaurants. When we checked in, Luciano at the front desk gave us a map and explained where everything was in the city. He went into detail, told us when to visit certain locations and was a wealth of knowledge. My only issue was the mold/mildew smell in the bathroom coming from the mold/mildew on the shower wall.
