This is my second time here and I absolutely love it. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is perfectly suited for the low maintenance leisure travel. The breakfast buffest was top quality which makes this hotel the best value for your money. I highly recommend booking well in advance during the high season.

A Quaint Retreat In Paradise

Inexpensive and well-located. Rooms are small but all you need is there. Bathrooms are fine, good towels, sundries, hot water (electric tank that may run out of water if you shower too long).  Bed was comfortable.  Very little space for leaving stuff.  Breakfast is simple, but again, everything you need is there (except maybe fruit).

Simple but sweet

This is a nice, small hotel. I think it offers just what you need. The rooms are small but cosy. Breakfast is good but not many options. Stuff has always been nice to us. What i like best is the location. It think it is one of the best locations for a vacation in punta del este!

Not first visit, always pleased to return

The pictures make this hotel look far better than it is! The carpet in the room was dirty and we had to hoover up ourselves. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Breakfast frequently ran out of things and wasn't restocked quickly. 

The hotel advertises its self as multi lingual, the staff absolutely are not and one lady in particular was very unhelpful unless you're fluent in Spanish, very grumpy and seemed to make effort to speak as quickly as possible and use difficult vocabulary just to confuse us. We were shouted at for arriving before the 1pm check in time. Also, don't get your laundry done, they charged us 5GBP per load!

However, the location isn't bad, it's close to harbour, bars and restaurants and the front of the hotel looks onto a pretty square where you can sit for breakfast.

The pictures make this hotel look far better than it is, staff grumpy and laundry is £5 a load!

The hotel is small & convenient, located next to a pretty park and pretty close to the center of town. The staff is very polite & helpful, and the price very, very fair. The breakfast is also very nice as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.
