Everything was excellent. Guest House is a bit away from the Khiva Fort. However, there are taxis available to go there and taxi took us there in about 5 to 8 mins. Check-in process was smooth. They helped with the luggage. As we arrived pretty late night, property owner also asked us if we needed dinner as I had inquired about it prior to arriving. Room was big in size with Air-conditioning. Beds were comfortable. Room n bathroom was clean. On our request, vegetarian breakfast was served which was delicious. An English speaking guide to show us around Khiva was also arranged on our request. They also went out of the way and served us dinner at a very short notice. On our last day, we had to check-out early, so we were served breakfast early morning without any complaints. Overall a great experience.

Excellent guest house

We stayed with a friend in one of the dorm rooms. The place is very clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing. Everyday we had fresh fruits, melons and watermelons. Their homemade apricot jam was very delicious as well. I got a bit cold during my trip and this family was always helpful by making tea for me. They also arrange cars if you want to visit historical sights outside of the city. They arranged a car for us to go to the train station. Really thankful for everything!

Beautiful family runned hostel with amazing breakfast,every day they do something different,  and good vibe. Spotless, spacious and comfy and the guys are very kind and always willing to help you in anyway.

I stayed a night in this hostel and it was awesome, lovely family with some many nice recommendations. Great breakfast and free bicycles for guest.

They have really nice common area and you can experience best time in Khiva 

The best in Uzbekistan 

This place was a real find in Khiva, excellent value for money. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the family extremely hospitable. The free breakfast is one of the best we have had, home cooked all the way down to the apple jam and it can be enjoyed undercover in the garden area. Would highly recommend.
