I was there with my wife and my daughter for a wedding. 

The hotel is a good choice for a short stay at Barquisimeto. It is in a good neighborhood, with good access to the main roads. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, with all the features you would expect.

The restaurant Humos... I was there for lunch a couple of years ago. The restaurant is in the top floor of the hotel, so it has a beautiful view of the good part of the city. I had a good lunch then.

This time, I dare to say, it was the worst breakfast ever at a hotel. Dry scrambled eggs, Dry arepas, No coffee. The worst.

You can stay there; just do not eat there!

Nice stay in a good location

This hotel had good basic rooms but hotel facilities are lacking. There was no restaurant or bar open two nights a week. This forces you leave the relative safety of the hotel at night to eat or drink. Use a taxi if you do. The air-con unit is actually in the room in a wooden cabinet in the corner, this allows mosquitos to get into the room. I sealed mine with masking tape and had no further problems. Took me a few nights to work out why I kept waking up covered in mossie bites. The restaurant is ok but the menu is limited and the food is very salty. Had to ask for food without salt. I got trapped in the lift between floors for 30mins and had to be rescued. There were no emergency lights or comms system in the lift and I had to prize the inner door open and then bang on the outer door to raise the alarm. Free Wifi next to useless

Basic Hotel

I stayed with my wife and son for two nigths. We had a suite with two dorms, living room and jacuzzi. Generally, the place is kind old, but clean. My room having two dorms only had one bathroom? That doesn't make much sense..
Furniture are bit old and need more appliances in the living room.. Or at least a TV.
The restaurant for having breakfast is located on the rooftop and is average to good quality breakfast. Staff do efforts to make visitors enjoy their stay. The parking lot is kind small and may turn little busy during nights.
The building is located close to Lara Av which makes it close to everything.

Clean and economic place

Nice location, very clean rooms and the service is very good! It's a good choice for business trips... Also they have and excellent restaurant in the top of the building. The wifi service is not so fast but they have it in all rooms and the restaurant.

Nice Hotel for business trip

Me and my family arrived the 28th of December to the hotel, since next day to January 3rd same breakfast with no other alternative, not even paying!!  Beans, meat, arepas fried. Of course to take care of our hearts we bought some cereal and milk and never went back again after a had a discussion with one of the waitress. I asked for a boiled egg for my two years old son and she said NO, that they did not have time for this. So I tried to speak with the manager Maria Fernanda, for the 15 days that we stayed there but we could not find her, even asking in the receptions to call us. 
So, the rest is a joke, the pool was clean at 9am on a Saturday and the internet was less than 1MG for the whole floor!!
