The trip to this hotel was very upsetting due to the fact that the website Cancelon has very deceiving and showed 3 different rooms pictures and offered the lowest tear room at a gauging 200% mark up so to explain in Dollar Sense the room is sold by the hotel website at $35 per night the cost for the booking thru Cancelon was $86 Dollars upon arriving we noticed the poor condition a few amenities available, no internet, tv did not work, beat up tired room furnishings.... tried calling Cancelon and got an operation very poor customer services and refused to listen or understand the situation, I would like to make a formal complaint thru the Better Business Bureau department in the USA so other travelers do not fall into this trap. we felt robbed and cheated, very bad for Trivago and Cancelon very Bad Companies never to do this or to refer anyone on the contrary be very aware of these tactics to take you and your family on a horror trip and take your hard earn Dollars

Trip To Playa Grande Caribe & Marina

We went to a party at the hotel beach and stayed for the weekend. I must say that the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool area is nice,  and the animation team keeps a terrific atmosphere. The restaurant has a small but honest offer. 
Things for the management to take care: Room lighting our room was missing a lamp. The pool's furniture needs some maintenance. These weekend, the pool - towel service wasn't working. The staff compensated for all the inconveniences though.

If you go to their website the hotel seems to be a pretty one, once you arrived the reality show something very different, we arrived near 10pm local time with our baggage and have to wait like 5 mins outside the building because the front door was closed due insecurity and the person who keep the key was somewhere else. The website claims the restaurant is open until 11pm and is not. At 10:10pm was already closed. The person on the lobby was very rude to us. The room was clean at least. The rest of the crew was very kind, the pool is not even close of what they advertise in their web tho. In general I would not recommend you to stay here.

By far the worst hotel I've been in the zone

Great to visit on saturdays and spend all the day on the pool, i recommended, the pool, the food, and the animation team make great games and concourses, my kids love to visit them, great food also, and service

Pool On Saturdays

This hotel es kind of clean, and service is inexistent. If you need to spend one night at the Maiquetia International Airport and there is no other option around or you have a very limited budget and need just to survive around, this might be an option. But do not expect a good service hotel. Simply a clean bead and a clean bathroom (but lack of energy and lack of water is a possibility).

Take this option in case of emergency in Vargas. Not for comfort

We arrived while the power was out and it was suggested that we go to the bar.  Beer is listed on the drinks list, but they do not sell it.  And then the lifts stopped working.  This morning for breakfast we sat opposite a staff member in uniform while she had the same breakfast as us, presumably free, and she had a cappuccino in a cup while we drank coffee from a thermos in plastic cups.  Wifi in the rooms still does not happen - I doubt that it ever has.  Staff attitude stinks.  We had the same room twice within a week - no light or lamp working in the bedroom.  The room was clean.
