We stayed here for two nights. Really clean, huge room friendly staff.

We did the tour of the floating markets. Highly recommend this. English speaking guide, really personalized tour, informative with breakfast, fresh fruits and tea and coffee included. It was 450,000 dong for the tour, we started at 5:15am and finished at 12:00. Great value, would stay here again even just for the tour.

Great stay

We spend two nights there. Very nice room, a bit old school but we liked it. Very clean, good AC, beds were good enough too. It's located in a quiet and nice street, and you can find a lot of street food and local restaurants around. The night market and restaurants more touristic  are  15 minutes away. 

We made the tour proposed by the guesthouse. It cost 450000 dg, so less than 20 dollars, very cheap compare to the others. The boat trip began at 5h30am, we were back around 12. Very nice, less touristic than others I think. 

I would recommend this place without hesitation !

We stayed here for one night when we first arrived in Can Tho and were amazed by the size and tidyness of the room, as well as the proper functioning air conditioning. The staff is friendly and speaks English pretty well. We paid 200.000 Dong for the night, which is not a lot. We also did a long tour (they offer a short and a long tour) to two floating markets and through small canals, which (a drink, breakfast at the market, some fruits and lunch included) was 450.000 per person. This included a english speaking guide as well. After leaving for a home-stay for two days we came back to Can Tho and went here again because of the good price/quality ratio. They sell cold beer at the reception for 12.000, which is nice as well. The room had a balcony with a pretty nice view as well. Our shower was the only drawback: it was cold and the water pressure was quite low. 

Great low budget place that offers good tours

We stayed here for one night in march. Coming to the room you get what you pay for. Nothing special, nor cleaner or dirtier than usual. Beds a little hard. But the price should already tell you not to expect luxury. The staff was very friendly and there was nearly always someone speaking good English. We also booked a Mekong tour there and this really was a very nice experience. We had a very kind guide who spoke excellent English gave a lot of information and answered every question. The tour itself was a bit away from the classical routs, we also got to see a lot of local plants and some small canals. Even if you don't stay I can definitely recommend the tour!!

Pricey Place, Nice Staff, Excellent Tour!

We stayed two nights mostly to visit the floating markets.

A few issues were obvious from early on-the curtains were thin and didn't cover the windows, random wires were hanging out of walls most concerning next to the shower. The bathtub was just pushed into the corner so the drain was open to the floor so water went everywhere and the water pressure on the second floor was pretty poor. 

The air conditioner worked more like a fan and didn't blow cold air- fortunately the ceiling fan was quite decent. Still not the most comfortable sleep as the room didn't have opening windows and was quite stuffy. We notified staff of this but no resolution was sought.

The mattress was hard and pillows thin and useless.

The guesthouse had two dogs and three puppies (who were locked in a small cage at reception without access to water) that barked incessantly throughout the night so a sound sleep prior to a predawn rise for the markets was unachievable.

The wifi was patchy and not often useable. 

Location wasn't too bad. The hard sell was put on us from arrival for the market/Mekong tours to book and use the company they recommended which was a bit much after a long 12 hour day of traveling. 

Staff were friendly enough and as helpful as possible.
