The hotel is located at completely different point, not as google maps show it. Actually it is located at another island, near Ben tre, not in My Tho. Taxi driver also could not find it. 
After we called to the host, he came and took us to the hotel on his motorbike. First time he took us not to the hotel but to some other place and said that it was better because it is cleaner and newer, though it's far from the river.
When I insisted that we specifically asked for the river view in our booking, the host took us to another place, near the river, 2-3 km far from the first variant. 
This place was what you can see on fotos, but the fotos do not give you the full picture. Actually it's not a hotel or a hostel but looks more like a boat station, with lots of support buildings, dirty puddles everywhere, and filthy rooms. We felt like we were deceived and refused to stay there. We agreed to pay 50% of the price to the host, and he delivered us on motorbike to another hotel that we found in internet using his wifi (Btw, it was a 4-star hotel that was just a litlle bit more expensive but much more comfortable)
