Bathroom was disgusting, looks like its never been clean. The bins were already filled when i got there paint coming off the walls tv was faulty sheets had disturbing stains on it. Staff were friendly at the start but when it was time to check out the price had gonna up almost DOUBLE the price of what we were told at the start. My mother called up the motel asking why the price went up, they lied and said we took waters from the fridge and haven't paid for our clothes to be washed. We were asked to pay up front for that. Ended up having to pay double as they wouldn't return our passports. 

Lying staff, manager charges double

Got 2 rooms for 2 nights one room cost 250 000d the other 350 000d, went to check out and they charged us 1 400 000d instead of 1 200 00d, their excuse was because we drank their water (we never touched any of it) and they did a load a washing (we paid for it on the spot) with the girl who overcharged watching. Definitely don't recommend.

They will rip you off!

Worse of the worse let's start off with the hotel interior , 

Water clog , toilet bowl clog. 

The hotel wall was so stain you can completely see how dirty it is. 
Not to mention they did not change the bedsheet for you they simply put it back in place and that's what they do as I always brought my kit with me so Ensure I get a clean hotel. 

I would strongly warn anyone who want to stay here beware!

I can't find any other word to describe how worse is this hotel 

The Hotel rooms were pretty standard but clean . The tour they offer was really awesome , starts at 5am and includes boat tours walks and a breakfast! The guide (phuoc) was absolutely brilliant also . The staff were also very helpful and helped us book last minute buses .

Great river tour!

This hotel is in a poor location unless you want easy access to a river tour. A good 30 min walk from town. The room was a good size but a bit tired with damp and a broken shower door. The staff were very helpful in sorting out transport, close to the bus station. Poor food options for breakfast nearby as no restaurant in the hotel and nothing close by. Would not stay here again.
