We booked this hotel through Booking.com when it was called Satisfy hotel,  for two nights as part of a 14 night holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia.  
Before moving to Chau Doc we checked the web site and found that Booking.com were no longer taking bookings so rang them to check why.  They said they would contact the hotel and did not but in the meantime we realised that this hotel was one and the same and was advertised on Booking.com.  
I rang back, told them what I had found out and they again said they would get back to me and this time they said it was under new ownership who would honour previous bookings. 
However on arrival the manager? did not speak any English, could not seem to find our booking but showed us to a room with a balcony and view of a tin roof.  I managed to mime that we had ordered a view of the pool and this time were taken to a room with a view but no balcony.  More miming and we finally got the room we had ordered.  Later realised we were the only people staying there.   
Room ok although it could do with a new lick of paint. No sign of any breakfast or the advertised bicycles.  The restaurant was never open, the room was not cleaned or towels changed even though there seemed to be lots of staff with nothing to do.  I had to take an empty toilet roll to communicate we needed more. A cafe open at the front of the restaurant was moderately busy but we did not use it.

Disappointing in all respects

Hotel was located far from the city centre which was not convenient. Room was clean but noisy. We woke up at around 5am because of the noise outside. Breakfast not included. Staff was helpful but did not speak a word of English which made the conversation really difficult.
We had a few racists experiences in chau doc:people did not want to sell us some bus tickets as we were "white", some restaurants refused to serve another couple of tourists. Not nice atmosphere for tourists.
