Clean and friendly hotel. Stayed one night before getting the fast boat to Phnom Penh. Everything was spotless and a good breakfast was provided early in the morning. The staff were very pleased to help with everything and ensured that all the taxis that arrived for the boat transfer in the morning had the right passengers on board as most of the drivers had very limited English

Fresh welcome from staff who was nice and helpful.
Air conditioning was on in the room so well done ;)
Scary corridors but room was clean and looking good!
Toilet paper was looking dirty (wet and dry from falling into wc) so I asked for new one and in this situation the housekeeping was so kind and fast for this service!! thank you
Very bad wifi: one of the staff, a man, ignored me when i asked some help, while a woman kindly helped me with restaurant wifi.
Towels are a bit rough, i would not leave laundry to do in this hotel.
Weird neighbourhood and the older woman just across the road at nails spa was so rude to me.
Karaoke just in front of the hotel was fun to see at night and thank god they stopped quite early!
Breakfast was mediocre but still very good service.
I had dinner at the hotel restaurant (which they told me was the best food around) well...the food was so and so... but still I enjoyed the service and in my opionion guest satisfaction is essential for them in that restaurant :)

good stay overall

One night stopover at this hotel before the ferry to Cambodia the next day, it must of been one of the main hotels for stopovers as it was very busy. We had a meal at the restaurant and it was very good. The room was huge with a King size bed and a large seating area, but the shower was poor with little pressure. Next morning we struggled to get a seat at breakfast as looked like everyone leaving at same time.
We wouldnt stop at this hotel again or visit Chau doc

Waste of a day.

Nothing to write home about : reasonably clean, quiet despite a karaoke house across the street. Basic breakfast is included. Aircon didn't work so very hot night... Good English spoken, and friendly service. Fine for one night.

Ok for one night

An old place in the center of Chau Doc.  The staff at the reception is friendly but no idea about the places around. As I mostly prefer to ask the hotel staff for a dinner recommendation but they didn't know where we could get a vietnamese restaurant. 

Good for the value but no more

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Nice big bright and clean rooms.
Restaurant in hotel was below average, nobody ate together out of our party of 4, the staff was not very friendly and were not too concerned we had to wait a long time for our food.

Lovely hotel

We enjoyed the extra room this hotel provided after staying in smaller rooms in larger cities.  Quite a nice walk to the markets.  Felt safe even at night.  Breakfast was busy with some sort of tour group but the staff were efficient in keeping everything topped up.   No complaints.

Comfortable Stay

Lovely, modern and recently refurbished room overlooking the central square. Good air conditioning and wifi. There appeared to only be one lift to all floors which caused some delays when several tour groups arrived at once! 
The breakfast buffet was a bit limited in the morning but we didn't starve ! Good view of the city from the breakfast room near the top of the hotel.
Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars near to the hotel. A local day time market was within easy walking distance.

Really nice hotel in city centre.

We stayed here one night in November '19. Our room was large, clean and quiet. WiFi was good throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choice.  
Close to the hotel are a number of restaurants. Take care as at least one overcharges by 25%. Can I suggest that you keep hold of the Vietnamese menu and compare prices when offered the English Language Menu. We walked out when one restaurant tried this trick. 
My only other minor concern is the safe in the room. We found it difficult to understand how to operate it. Finally a thank you to all the staff who did an excellent job of looking after us. 



Comfortable 

Only 1 night but it's the best hotel of my whole trip in VN. Very nice room with balcony, streetview, very comfor. Staff super friendly and the reception's guy was show me the supermarket to buy some stuff for the boattrip next day. I book the boat ticket online and i didnt know where is boat station, then that guy helped us to arrange the driver servive pickup us to there.
Buffet morning food delicious and nutrition that traveler need for verylong boattrip to Cambodia (nearly 6hours...). Recomended for you in Chau Doc
