BICH DAO Boutique - Dalat

Da Lat

This is our 5 times return and this is disappoited. 

A lot of loussy guests who called up each other midnight until early morning and we cant sleep.

Despite the hotel is full-house (Dec 15) but they do not have buffet for breakfast without prior notice.

Staffs are still decent as usual. Room quality remain good quality.

A sudden drop in service

Great value small and friendly hotel. Rooms are very stylish, a good size and very clean. There is a fresh and quirky feel to the place. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The little cafe/ restaurant at the front is good too. 
It is a little out of the town centre but was a nice area and easy to get taxis or walk.

Lovely stay

I love this place and really enjoy the stay.
The room is very clean and well mentenance and take care of as thier concept that treat the house like grand mother house 😀.

I love all the flowe around the house.
The staff is the best. Speak good English and very friendly and helpful. Arrangr us driver for tour 1 day 8 hours for 1,000,000 dong.
Give us the tips that taxi to airport is only 180-200K.  Our taxi try to cheat us but we know the price we should pay so finally driver agree for 200K ( vietnam money ).

From Villa you can take taxi to night market only 10 mins and take about 40000 dong.

Con is Housekeeping clean room abit early so we hearing the noise from out side.
And Breakfast could do abit more with variety of fruit will be great.
But you can ask them to do noodle + fried egg and Omlet.  Thier homade yogurt is very tasty.

Lastly thanks again to the staff , the pregnant lady and thy 😀🙏

Staffs were very attentive, thoughtful. Last time we arrived the receptionist (with glasses, will ask her name next time) go all her way to accommodate us.

We’ve been here twice , will come back next time for sure!

Our perfect destination in Dalat

Not really good location but it was a romantic hotel. Room service was amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Nice staff and flowers were everywhere !!!
One bad thing is not enough hot water for showering.

good place to stay

If you enjoy flowers and gardens you'll love it here.  The rooms are nice and clean comfortable beds, we had a deluxe suite with balcony but no furniture on the balcony which was a pity as that is one reason why we booked it to sit outside. Again in the room it would have been good to have more than 1 chair as it is not always comfortable to sit on the bed.  The breakfasts were delicious and plenty of it. The staff were really friendly  and helpful. Not to far from the city to walk.  I certainly would recommend this hotel.

"Pretty" hotel

Me and my husband had a lovely stay at Christina’s. The space is just nice for us and it’s a good distance from town (walkable distance to town and away from traffic). The room is in tip top condition. Super clean, I could eat off the floor. Breakfast was delicious. Service was prompt. We regret not prolonging our stay here! It does feel like home..away from home. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for making our stay in Da Lat a memorable one!

Home away from home

We can really call it a boutique hotel! The room I had was very cozy, feels like home!

They only should put some double glass windows as it can be noisy from the passing cars, trucks and motorbikes, however, it did not wake me up early morning. The water of the shower turned quickly cold so my girlfriend had to wash her hair with colder water.

Do not rent a motorbike through the hotel, they did not work properly and I had problems with the engine not working well during my driving. I changed it after one day and found another place.

Breakfast was tasty, not many choice but enough to eat good in the morning. Also the woman working at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The only thing they should do is cleaning the tables more regularly.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there, much better than the first time I came to Dalat in a different hotel.

Cozy and home feeling hotel!

We were a party of two adults and one child who had a bad experience at another hotel and booked this one after reading reviews. The staff was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us our room. We opted to have an air mattress for a more comfortable sleep for the three of us which was nice to have (our only complaint, which is minor, is that this was at a cost of $15 a night, which seems a bit overpriced). The staff arranged the bed and then we talked with them about what we wanted to do during our time in Da Lat. Everyone spoke great English and took the time to get to know us a bit to make recommendations. We had an entire day's tour set up by the staff which took us around Da Lat the next day for the entire day with prices for the places we were visiting included in our English itinerary. We didn't have to do any of the planning and we had such an amazing day full of fun and seeing new things. My nephew who was with us said it was one of his favorite days in Da Lat. The activities and places we went to were great for people of all ages and ensured that all of us would have a good time. The staff was very thoughtful in making the recommendations. We came back for dinner at the hotel which was quite good. The kitchen is visible from the restaurant and you can see that they are making everything for you right when you order. The breakfast was really delicious, with different hot options made fresh to order and eggs made as requested. We really enjoyed the food here. 
The rooms are small compared to resorts, but this is to be expected with a place like this. They provide everything you need from a place to stay in Da Lat where there is so much to see and do and having the knowledgeable staff really adds to the experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. The road noise is hardly noticeable from the rooms, though if there are neighbors that are talking loudly around you it might be something that wakes you up. 
The hosts made this such a great stay and even arranged for us to get coffee from the best place before we headed to the airport as a last minute thing. In addition, they timed out our arrival at the airport perfectly to allow us to enjoy our last day to the greatest extent.

Excellent hosts provide a very memorable time in Da Lat

Was supposedly upgraded to Bich Dao Boutique Hotel from The Green House for a one night stay. Bich Dao Boutique Hotel and Christina's Dalat (main building) was located next to one another. 

Waited a long time for someone to be at the reception for my check-in. Staff did not seem very well versed in English and it was quite challenging communicating to them my requests. They were helpful nonetheless. Requested for a english speaking driver and staff promised time and time again that the driver was able to speak english but we would have to pay USD55 for it. We gladly agreed but only to find out later that the driver could not speak english at all. 

The place seemed to lack manpower as there seemed to be no one whenever I went to the reception. The room given to us in Bich Dao Boutique Hotel was tiny and it is something I would not recommend to anyone who's tall. The room ceiling was low with beams and it made showering such a disaster having to bend over to prevent hitting heads on the ceiling. Also, there were no aircon/fan in the room. 

The saving grace of this place would be their thoughtful, personal touches. A lady staff in glasses (didn't get her name sadly) at the reception in the evening was very helpful and friendly, going out of her way to help arrange our transport and recommending local experiences for us. :)
