Dalat is one of the  best place we had visited. cool weather, good food and helpful people.
we stayed in this hotel for two days. a family with 7 people.
our rooms have a balcony, city view. we booked a city tour with hotel and it was good.
hotel is located in the centre . it is easy to walk around.
we had good time here.

good location

We stayed here in three nights in june of 2015. This hotel is near the centre and it is convenient for you to go to  many interesting places in this area. 
The staff here are so friendly and helpful. You can also rent a motobike to go around the city. 
The food in hotel restaurant is very delicious. We had every single meal in the hotel restaurant. It is alittle expensive compared with outside food. But the quality food and service in the hotel restaurant is much better.
We hope we can stay here longer. We will come back. 

Nice hotel , great service and good food!

The hotel is very convenient. The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Our room was at the entry level and had a nice balcony. It is within walking distance from the market and city-center. The staff was professional and kind. Breakfast was tasty.

A Nice Hotel, Well-Situated

We was stay in this hotel for 3 nights, clean and friendly staffs. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, easy to go around Dalat. Nice restaurant The Vcafe near by. Will come  back if we go back Dalat next time.

Nice place in Dalat

This hotel is managed by Sinh Tourist, and is the drop-off point for the Sinh Tourist buses, so I wasn't expecting much, thinking because it has busloads of tourists coming in every day, it doesn't have to try very hard.  Its convenient location was why i chose this hotel for just my last night in Dalat, as I was leaving the next morning on a Sinh Tourist bus to Saigon and wanted to be close by.  Although I wasn't expecting much, the room was clean and comfortable, and with breakfast included (nothing to write home about, but acceptable), i would say very good value for the price.  Staff were a mixed bag, some nice enough, while others seemed pretty indifferent.  I didn't have any issues with noise that other reviewers had, and aside from the convenient location adjacent to Sinh Tourist, the hotel was also just a 10 minute or less walk to the lake and night market.

Better than Expected, and Great Location if You're Using Sinh Tourist bus

I went to da lat by sleeping bus from HCM 
Reserved room in sinh tourist also 
Cheapest ,only 500 dn per one night 
Here no lift ,need pick luggage by yourself 
Breakfast really fair,suggest u go out eat as well 
Overall ,acceptable

Clean and hygiene

Facilities are not beautiful and are slightly older. However, the prices are reasonable. The advantages here are five downtown and convenient public transportation . 2.5 star hotel but == 3 star hotel .

Hotel is ok compared to the price

The room was nice and clean and the location was good, but the service was really bad. The staff seemed annoyed everytime we had some questions, and they could not help with the most simple things. They even wanted us to pay for a phone call to arrange transportation to the airport, even though we were paying guests at the hotel. We did’nt see them smile one single time. Breakfast was not worth paying for, but at least the hotel was cheap.

Nice location - bad service!

Let say it just a bed and breakfast. Simple breakfast. No facility at all at the hotel. NO LIFT. Nothing too fancy but the location is pretty close to the lake which is the heart of this town. Close to the market and bank too (10-15 minutes of walk)
