I knew of the hotel as the recommendations of my friend, she had a wonderful trip in Danang with friendly people compliments on this area, but it was a surprise when I called directly to the hotel to request small help from the staffs, they said that the sales department will receive my special informations , and the person who talked to me was a girl, all I get was the rude answer. So that was enough.

Surprisingly 

After the first night, we cancelled our stay and went looking for another hotel. The bed was stone hard. It was unbearable until the early hours of the morning, as there was a bar right underneath or next to the hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not so clean. There was no soap and the like in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower door had no rubber sealing, so after the shower the entire bathroom was under water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not adapted to European requirements. There was no continental breakfast.

Inadequate

Dung Hoa hotel has just changed their name to white sand 2 hotel. I found the towels are very clean and sweet smelling. The room is coZy and staff is friendly. Especially the receptionist has a warm voice.

They have basic buffet for breakfast. With the price I have paid, i think they did it very well.

I am a frequent traveller to danang am was booked this place for 4 nights. Was super disappointed in the quality of room even for the price. 

1st room given had to change as the room had a strong bad smell and TV channels are not working, thus staff change me to 2nd room. This time the water heater is not working and bed cleanliness is bad. There are holes in my blanket and red stains... omg....

Staff was helpful and friendly but not well trained to handle guest feedback.

I stayed 1 night and decided to check out and move to another hotel.

When I told the reception the reason for my early check out she was more focus on checking the penalty rates for early check out instead of addressing my unhappiness about the room.

Highly not recommended even for the price especially if you travel with kids due to low standard of cleanliness of hotel.



Not same quality as photo

The staffs is very nice and helpful.

The room is very small with very little corner sea view (not sea view at all).

Noisy hotel, I can hear other room having argument at night (2am).

It's near the beach but that beach area is not popular for guests.

Bad breakfast (no breakfast buffet).

Nice staffs, not 3 stars hotel

I'll start with a good one: the rooms are modern, the hotel makes a good impression, the staff is friendly. But during our visit there was one HUGE thing that really spoiled the hotel's impression. That's the ONE. Unfortunately, the staff is using some mosquito repellent that LUTTO smells of cinnamon. Starting with the elevator and ending with the rooms, everything went through this. We had a room where the window didn't open, at first we asked to remove the smell, but instead we were sprayed with a spray and it started to light it instead of cinnamon.

If it wasn't for the smell, it would be a good hotel.

The rooms may be nice, but they have a smell that prevents them from living normally inside the room. This smell, as they say on the recipe, is actually a special thing that scares mosquitoes. It's a creepy brown smell, it's impossible to breathe deeply. They can't take that smell away, the whole hotel is soaked in that smell. Breakfast is so hot, they serve the same juice every day (either fo bo soup or omelet).

To the best choice of hotel

i spent 2 nights there with my boyfriend and it turned out pretty well. the room is a bit dirty (but just a bit or maybe i am so meticulous when it comes to cleanness). i could see a light layer of dust on the floor and the uncleaned window near the lavabo. however, it was ok to put on slippers and avoid looking at the window, not really a big deal. receptionists were helpful. i expected the restaurant to be better, at least they should have looked like pictures on Agoda. cannot really tell any comments about the breakfasts cause we skipped them. our room was small but good enough to stay.
