Clean room, bed and bathroom. Beautiful view to the river and good position to city centre. Excellent hospitality services from staffs and managers! It’s suitable for business trips or leisure travels!

I have a reservation at Palmier hotel for 5 night on Agoda with cheap price. But supprise that everything is Very nice. My room has a big Window with city view. Breakfast very delicuos. Staff is humble and friendly. Thank Susan for helping.

Nice hotel by Han river

We spend there 2 night, the hotel is absolutely perfect, very clean, rooms are pure, luxus bathroom and luxus shower, very comfy bed, AC, fridge,.. Hotel staff soooo helpful, speaking english and very friendly. They arranged us many things for good price. Breakfast was amazing, huge range of food, fruits,..
We loved location! Its close to nice famous bridges and the center (just over the bridge). 
You can also rent motorbike here for 150/day.

I stayed 3 nights in a room with a river view at Palmier Hotel.
Very clean, very comfortable room. open air room for breakfast is very nice. Delicious foods. Friendly and polite staff. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Danang.

Very clean and nice room, Recommend.

Located very close to the Han River Bridge, facing the sea, it is very cool and can see the city from above. The room is decorated in fresh colors but in contrast to the oversized black toilet, the room is quite old compared to the picture. Breakfast is quite boring with only “Cao Lau” and some simple foods, coffee and other drinks are fine. Especially we can take a look to very beautiful city view while having a breakfast. Staffs are so polite and friendly.

Good location, friendly staffs, bored breakfast

The receptionist is very welcoming but take note that they take a deposit of 500,000 dong when you check in. We had a superior riverside room. The view was great although the main road is noisy. The room is very basic but has everything you need. The aircon is very good and the bathroom is modern although the bath had a shower but it was hand held and tended to spray everywhere if you weren’t careful. The bed is very uncomfortable and you can feel all the springs. The breakfast is very ordinary for western tastes with little choice. This place is good for people on a budget. Not really for us.

2 night stay

Checked in a little earlier than expected at 10 plus and the girl was kind to give a early checkin, but however many issues... The aircon was facing away from the bed thus it was very hot and had to get a fan from them. The fridge was also not working properly anyway all these issues took so very long to resolve around 3 hours to be exact.. By the time everything was done I was so tired and just wanted to sleep. Thus wasted 1 whole day... The breakfast had a very small selecton... The Bun Bo Hue was not bad though... Room is a decent size but location is quite far from central area... All in all not bad stay after telling the issues to the manager got a slightly later checkout and an apology but a tad disappointing... Ah well will try another hotel next time tbh on the plus side the hotel views are pretty facing the river and all...

Average stay at hotel

I stayed at this hotel base on all the best reviews on TripAdvisor and others side! I was so excited to check in and expect to have the best time with my family. It's very reasonable also. 
Overall, I couldn't be complaining so much. All staff was super nice and helpful and polite. But the room is very small. I stayed at the Deluxe superior. The room has no windows and of course no bathtub. The standard shower wasn't clean at all. You can see all yellow covered areas. The room is very tiny and bed very uncomfortable.  Looking up the ceiling, you can see all the mark from the construction. I can hear every single noice from outside which is very annoying. Couldn't sleep. Breakfast section.  I love the employee but there is Not too many choices for food. Very simple. 
Anyway, I m spending my time writing this just wanted to let you know that you get what you paid for.  I won't be back! 

Can be better!

Extremely dirty can see webs and ants crawling around. Sheets looked dirty and stains. If your a light sleeper do not sleep here. Windows are closed but no insulated so you can hear everything outside even the wind. There are huge signs of water damage everywhere so pictures of what it used to look like are totally different.
