Very nice hotel and staff. The hotel was always clean and neat. The room was big enough and modern. The WiFi works well. It doesn’t have any restaurant nearby. Especially, the dog was cute and lazy, so much fun with him. Recommend this villa for family.

QUIET HOTEL IN GREEN ZONE ISLAND

Not best location, quite boring villa cuz nothing much to see. Room is very basic stuff and the worst thing is no soundproof at all, it's very noisy when people laugh or lock the door from other room. The next thing is there's no staff at all, when I checked in,  only one girl did the registration, no lift so have to carry luggage to upstairs and the staff girl is too small to handle luggage so I just carry it by myself then. Well, won't recommend for anyone.

Not so good

Very friendly stuff, we were 3 people in the room and the extra bed was just the mattress on the floor but the suit would been ok for 2 people. Nice, renovated bathroom with hot tube (jacuzzi). Swimming pool ok with the price you pay for the hotel. No breakfast or shop near by but easy to get a taxi. Based on the friendly stuff I would recommend this hotel!

- location far from centre and nice restaurants
- no breakfast in hotel
- there is no caffe or shop near hotel
- swimming pool isn't so clean if you want to use.

It has been great to stay in the Water Lily Villa as it is just like a huge private suite in a hotel, (bedroom, upper lounge, lower lounge, dining and kitchen area) with personal service and a swimming pool. A tranquil oasis and worth every penny
