We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. we got recommendations via the net.  there are a few problems with this hotel. the first floor is a whole full story higher above the street level. there are 13 steps leading to the reception. when one is arriving on a stormy evening to the hotel, believe you me, IT IS NOT PLEASANT! when you check out, there is no one to help you with the suitcases! it is a little dangerous to go downstairs with a big suitcase. the other problem: stuff is hardly speaking English! you need to wait for your order from the kitchen for 20 minutes! when you ask for salt, you get a spoon! at last they send someone to a shop nearby to buy some salt! ha ha ha

can be so much better!

My family spent couple of nights in this house and it is good in overall.
Location is quite far from Central but it is near beach , roomsize is spacious and clean, my room light is not enough bright .
But price is acceptable, it is really good for persons who want to save budget.

Da Nang Holiday

I had a really good stay at Vie Beach House Hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom is very nice. 
The staffs are friendly and helpful, everything was so good compare to the price . 
I will definitely comeback here again .

Fabulous !

Very nice and comfortable room, 50 m from the ocean, with lots of restaurants of all kinds an price ranges near by. Breakfast could be improved as some of the items were already no longer available when we arrived, at the scheduled opening time. The area has a lot of construction in progress, it is to be hoped (?) it will be completed quickly.

Very good accommodation in an area under transformation

VIE Beach House is THE place to stay in Da Nang!  I have stayed at many places in the city, but the Beach House offered by far the best value, service and location.  You are also only minutes away from beach access. The staff is warm, attentive and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do.  I will definitely be booking at VIE Beach House next time in Da Nang!

Best location, service and value!

We stayed here for 5 nights and thought it was outstanding value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with nice touches such a hats, beach bag and sandals. It was in a great location... only 2 minutes to the beach and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a standard room for a great price we would highly recommend!

Excellent value for money!

Old name hotel is Auora , new name is Cactusrine . Good for price rom stand, hotel beauty, new clean. Special near sea . Recommend for family, couple, alone. View good, near food , free breakfast. Have bike for rent . 

Good price, location near sea and room clean beauty.

Our room had a nice view of the sea and a big bathroom. Staff were friendly. 
We chose the room mostly because it had a bath but the bath took forever to fill with the weak flow of water and I had difficulty with the plug and I gave up on having a bath. One of the beds was huuge which is nice but the sheet was not big enough so it kept coming of to bare mattress.
Fridge smells bad because the power doesn't stay on when you leave the room do it gets warm. 
Very close to the beach and clean room. There were some nice high shelves and lots of hooks in the bathroom which were handy with a kid.
