Reasonable food prices and it tastes reasonably good too. Don’t miss-out the crispy and tasty baguette, it comes with potato soup as dip. Fresh salad, fresh avocado juice and traditional vietnamese drip-coffee are really good. 

Good value restaurant. 

The hotel is located in front of the river, in an area rich in premises and where it is pleasant to stroll in the evening. I stayed 15 days for work and, although the building was quite old, the room was acceptable, in my case spacious and with wide window on the river. The staff were available and kind. They offered several excursions, for example to Ba Na Hill, at a very cheap price. The downside was breakfast (included in the price). The choice is minimal but above all every day something was missing, once there was not even coffee or water.

A cheap hotel by the river

I had been out walking and got stuck in the rain; it was around 11.30am, I was near the Han Bridge, and the first place I saw was the Bamboo Green Riverside Hotel.  There was a footpath cafe in the front, so I settled in. 
Service was not evident, so I asked the security guard for assistance.  About 5 minutes later a waitress appeared with a menu, and I ordered a La Rue beer.  I wasn't really hungry, but also settled for a plate of 8 deep-fried spring rolls.  The spring rolls took about 15 minutes, and were served with a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato, together with chilli sauce on the side.  I also requested some soy sauce.
The spring rolls were fried, almost crispy, but tasty.  A had a couple of more beers to help wash them down.
Inside the hotel was a rather garish room; maybe this placed really pumped at night!
The best thing about the Bamboo Green Riverside was that it provided shelter from the rain, and the beer was cheap!

Despite mixed reviews we picked this hotel for its location and we weren't disappointed.

it was the cheapest hotel that we have stayed in some time and basically we got what we paid for.

A small room, basic furnishings and facilities and a breakfast that was utterly forgettable.

We weren't interested in the beach side of Da Nang and the location was excellent for exploring the town.   The view off the small balcony was a bonus!

All about location

Minimum amenities in the room (free water only with jug) however the rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is poor with very minimal nutritional options available and it mostly comprising of deep fried and battered 'meat' dishes. 

What you pay for 

My stay at the Bamboo Green Riverside was short, just 2 nights and included free breakfast.
The room was very basic with 2 single beds when i booked a queen bed room. The breakfast provided in the restaurant down in the lobby was all cold and most likely reheated from previous day. The room rate was cheap but reflected that same in the service and decor. I would probably not stay here again 

Close to Airport

We were a group of French and stayed for 3 days in this hotel in March! This hotel was badly aged! It is dirty! The windows are dirty! The shower curtain is dirty! If you walk barefoot your feet are black. We asked that the shower faucet be changed as it rolled in a vacuum. The bedside lamp was dangerous and we asked for the change. The patit lunch is not enough for Westerners! Always ask and ask for more bread when there is no more! The windows in the dining room are not clean. This hotel was not like that a few years ago! My English comes from a translator!

The room by the river, by the bridge, with the balcony, the window door didn't close well, the room smelled bad, no insulation, a hell of a loop with the Klaxons, the cars and trucks that made the windows vibrate...
