The hotel is clean and the breakfast and afternoon tea are so delicious. Most of all, I liked the staff because they were so kind. Thank you.

Very good Monaque hotel in Danang

I traveled to Danang in June, 2015 with my group. I booked 6 rooms in last minute booking, it's great that a sale man gave us a nice price without breakfast. I was highly appreciated. The hotel is good, i like it so much. The location is far from the city center, but it is near the beaches. It took me only 10 minutes to go to beaches and 30 minutes to go to supermarket (K-mart). The check-in and check-out was fast, however, in my opinion, it's better that the front office agents should tell guests about hotel information like wifi information, restaurant time and etc. The twin room I stayed was nice and clean. The wifi was very good. The service was ok. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great!

Location of the hotel was good. Our room was of decent size, quite comfortable for the price but the lighting was a bit dim for our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful, most speak only basic English.

For beautiful location friendly staff

Our visit to the Monaco Hotel was okay, check-in and check-out went smooth, the room was clean and the bathroom was fine. The view from the room we had (a Deluxe room on floor 9) was magnificient, really beautiful!

The staff was a bit meh on times, they didn't really have time for you and seemed distracted. Breakfast wasn't really good, it ends at 8:30 and some of the times nearly all food was gone so you have to get up at 7 to get some breakfast. There were a few people smoking near open windows in the breakfast hall, that was gross and the staff didn't do anything about it. The halls aren't aircooled and the main lobby isn't aircooled most of the the days, that was really unplesant.

All in all the stay was plesant and unplesant at times, therefore 3/5

Average, with some downsides

Main hall sometimes have airco, other times you use the ventilator. Wifi was relatively fast. Our room had decent airco and a really nice sea view, especially in the evening (hotel and city lights, lightning view, fireflies).

When we ask the staff something, their reaction was very short. They were not very helpful. The only place except our hotel room for working was the restaurant, but that wasn't allowed after breakfast. Breakfast was a disaster: from 6.30 - 8.30 but around 8.00 there's almost nothing left. The only thing they refill are the clean glasses you can use. Breakfast was very limited and tasted even worse than the other hotel we stayed in. At 8.30 you're being requested to find some place else to sit. Bathroom had a weird smell. 

I would recommend 4 stars or higher hotels. Or just not this one.
