Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11 AM on the check-in date will not be boarded.

• The latest check-in time is at 12:00 PM at noon but will incur additional charges.

• Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings.

• Infants under 4 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. The maximum number of infants allowed per room is 1.
• Baby cot is available at an additional charge.

• Maximum children 5 – 11 years old allowed per room is 1.

• Children 5 – 11 years old will have a child surcharge. 12 years old will be counted as an adult.

• Extra bed is subject to availability.

• The transfer bus will pick up at hotels located in Ha Noi Old Quarter and need to book in advance.
