Please be informed that the transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 AM from No.5, Hang Chieu Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 at Halong Passgenger Wharf, Ha Long City. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information.
