The location is not interesting. The rooms are very narrow and smelly. We went there on group of 30 - students, teachers and parents - for World's Scholar Cup Global Round. The air conditioners didn't work, so we had to move to other rooms. There was electric shock in 2 rooms, more than 2 times within a day. Some parents didn't eat breakfast at all as it was so awful. One morning children were a bit late for the contests and couldn't have time for breakfast. Two moms wanted to take 4bananas, but were yelled at by all the staff in the restaurant. We understood very well that it is not allowed to take breakfast food outside of the restaurant. Moms were worried the kids would be hungry and temporarily forgot the hotel's rule. But they shouldn't yell at us. We stayed there for 9 nights and they should know that many parents and kids didn't take breakfast all days.  So bad and so rude to treat the customers like this. Don't recommend this hotel.

Rude staff

Booked on hotels.com, we arrived late as we had been travelling to Hanoi. The receptionist didn't welcome us and looked annoyed we had turned up so late!! He then told us he had no rooms!!!!! I explained I have booked and paid for this and he said "hotels.com have your money not us"!! After quite a bit of shouting in Vietnamese to his colleague they gave us a key to a room! We thought we were getting a superior room but it was a standard room with no windows, not great for £30!( the most we've paid after being in Vietnam for a month). The other quite rude receptionist the next morning told me it's my fault for turning up so late all the good rooms have gone!!!! Never experienced rudeness like it especially in Vietnam! The room however was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a shambles! Throughout the day I got ill and rather than move we booked another night. The room we got was much better, with a nice big bath. Location is close to the river but not much else. Thankfully we have found a lovely hotel where the staff are friendly and polite! Think this hotel need to send staff on a "customer service" course! 

Much better hotels for cheaper 

Hotel very well located for walks in the old neighborhoods, lake, local markets. Ask for a room that is not on the street to enjoy the quiet. An upper floor gives a nice view of the city. A quality lunch in a room on the 10th floor with a very nice view of the lake and the city. Very clean, bright room with tunic and socks. Very nice bathroom. Very well insulated. Ordinary food available in the hall. The only really negative point is the dining room. We absolutely have to avoid having dinner on the spot. We had a disastrous experience. We were the only ones to stay for dinner. The hotel ignored us for 40 minutes before taking the order and we were not served. The customer was not really responsible for the quality of the food in the hotel. The hotel staff and we had a very poor customer experience.

Very Well Located - Sure Worth

The first night in Vietnam we spent it in this hotel and it didn't go bad indeed, small but nice room, very clean and with a nice functional bathroom 8 there are still other types of room). The hotel in general looks very new and even the dark wood furnishings are pleasant. Beautiful and large hall with computers available to guests. breakfast in average. about 20 minutes from the old quarter at a fast pace, but still possible without taking a taxi. excellent choice for Ha us!!

BELL'HOTEL AD HA NOI, located in a comfortable position

I spent two nights in the middle of June in this beautiful hotel in a deluxe double bed room. The mattress is of very good quality and the shower is worthy of French standards. The rooms look soundproof (no noise from the street or the neighborhood). Breakfast will be suitable for most people (sweet, salty / hot, cold...). The room is on a high floor which allows you to see Hanoi from above. The staff can ask you for visits (along bath...) or others, do not hesitate. Overall the furniture is very comfortable and tasteful. Not to mention free internet access.
