I had just had my iphone stolen in Cambodia prior to arriving to the Inn. I was so upset that my phone was gone. The staff listened to me and then went online to to do research to find options to buy me a used replacement iPhone.  In a few minutes they found me a great phone at a shop nearby and then I took a taxi to buy it. They made it so simple and I was so happy and thankful! I will never forget the incredible service I received there. They really made my trip so much better and I’m so thankful!! I would stay there again in a second. Such wonderful service.

We are so happy when staying here. Good location, excellent staffs. This is also travel agents where guests can book tours or tickets. I love this hotel and you can walk to most of the famous attractions in Hanoi from this.

Good location

My two friends and I walked in off the street and were greeted by a very friendly staff member, Richard. We asked for help in getting to Sapa by train. Richard booked us on to the train for the next day with a taxi to the train station included. The train he booked us on for a very cheap price, the L train, ended up being luxurious and very comfortable indeed! It was a great surprise. Once in Sapa we found it difficult to book anything to Hoi An online, so we caught a bus back to Brother Inn where another staff member kindly booked us on a train for that night to Da Nang. we were pleasantly surprised by the Vietnam Railways train to Da Nang. Great and friendly service at the Brother Inn. Thank you!

Great service

Booked a Day tour to Halong Bay with “Hanoi Brother Inn & Travel”. All the booking and arrangements were made by the joyful young lady “JOY”. The pick up from our hotel was on time. The route and scenery were amazing. Canoe  around the bay, plenty  of food was served. The whole package was worth the money we paid. I highly recommend “Hanoi Brother Inn & Travel.

It's  was a good place to stay.

The staff here were friendly,polite,and helpful. 

I remember the staff name Joy( thúy phương) 
She is the one who help me and my friend checked in. She have a sweet smile and good in English. She also serve us a welcome drink afterward. 
Well, one thing I must mentioned is her hardwork. She offer me to carry my luggage to the 4th floor, but I rejected cause I am amble to do it. Ya, although she is a girl, but her intention to help me carry my luggage to 4th floor is very appreciated! I still remember it! 

And same to Richard. Thanks for his recommendation about coffee in Hanoi (phuc long) . It's great. He is also friendly and helpful. 

Over all, this hotel is very good. The bed is comfortable and they have a fan provided. Breakfast still ok for me personally. They have money changes service and tour service too!! 

By the way, I have one little suggestion regarding the shower part.Because the water pressure is very small and the heater takes time to reheat. And ya, time is gold 😂😅 so maybe brother Inn can do a little bit improvement on here. 

Lastly truly recommended whether in price, facility and services here. 
Definitely, I will recommend to my friends also.

Memorable night in Brother Inn

Staffs of Hanoi Brother Inn & Travel are very friendly. They helped us a lot during our stay, not only providing us great service, but also giving us useful information and suggestions for trips. Excellent & Professional!

Excellent service!

We had a good experience at Brother Inn. The Banh Mi breakfast was excellent. It was very close to Pho Gia which is one of the best in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Beds and room were clean. What was not great was that we stayed on the 4th floor so the water pressure was very low. The other thing was the towels were quite old, it was quite delicate and easy to tear. Other than that, it was good.

We have arrived very late around 3 am and their staff are very accommodating. They've really helped us plan our day ahead and suggested places we must visit in Hanoi. They also suggested great places to try vietnam food.

We arrived in the wee hours of the day, and since we booked a car from the hotel it wasn't a problem getting there.

The room we got was a bit dated but clean.

Gary, our receptionist on the first day was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us with our itinerary to check out places to visit in Hanoi. The other staff were also friendly and helpful.

Helpful reception

The location of this place is awesome with all the major attractions in old quarters are quickly accessible. The room was okay, slightly cramped but the staff made it up through their very friendly attitude. The breakfast in the hotel is nice and warm enough to start a nice day.
