What was good

Nothing. And the manager yelled at me. Nobody spoke English. It was quite stressful overall.

What was bad

I didn’t have a blanket on my bed. Just the cover. The rooms were damp. Quite awful. Yes it gets quite humid in Vietnam overall. But this hotel in particular was awfully humid. The receptionist are patient, however, the manager was the one who got angry for non apparent reasons. It got quite messy and communication was very unproductive. I couldn’t cancel my booking, and I literally had to change my hotel despite the fact that it’s a nonrefundable booking. At some point, I thought that it was better if I literally sleep outside than stay there.
