The position of this place keeps it up there and for the price it is good value. The staff mostly have limited  English but are always keen and eager to help. The place is quite clean and the beds fairly comfortable. Breakfast is supplied on the top of the building and it's great to sit up there and watch the world go by. The food, I would rate as being very good and the choices, while not being very extensive is very tasty. While being very kind in rating of 3 star, the position is magic/

Location is good, nearby walking street Nguyen Hue, Central post office, and malls. Front street is not a busy street, but room sound proofing need to be improve as we still can heard people talking at the street even its already 12am when we were in family room (1st floor) which located at front of the building.

Family room is spacious and the price is not much different with double room. The room itself is a bit dated, and some strange smell inside. Breakfast is at the top floor of the building (small roof top area) and with limited choice (they cook to you based on the menu of the day) but the meal is not bad. No complimentary water bottle provided.

Staff is friendly and they even can speak chinese.

Good location

I have stayed this hotel for 7 days and my satisfaction is above my average level.

Firstly, the room charge is cheap for a night which is around USD20. The room is basically clean and neat, but unfortunately there is a strange smell inside the room making me unpleasant. I wish that smell is from perfume oil or something.

The customer service officers and receptionists are helpful and polite. They can speak mandarin such that makes convenient for Chinese and Taiwanese travellers.

All in all, the quality of this hotel is considered acceptable with relatively low charge. This hotel is preferable.

Hotel comment - Neat and acceptable condition 

This small hotel was very well located with friendly staff and a good breakfast. I had the vip room with large enclosed balcony which was very nice, and clean. Only downside was very poor water pressure in the shower.

Excellent location, Hotel basic, Staff very helpful, Roof top breakfast limited choice but enough to start the day. Rooms clean only stayed a couple of days.Nice neighbourhood lots of choice for resturants

Basic, Budget, Excellent location

The room is basic for it's price but fairly comfortable and clean. The location is quite central but a good 10-15 minutes walk to many attractions. However, as compared to a few friends living at the central Ben Thanh Markets complaining about night club noises, this location is considered quiet. The staff try the best to help but only have basic command of English.

A few things to note:
1. Bed is hard so not the best for a bad back.
2. Breakfast is strictly between 6.30am to 9.30am. Come one minute before and you wont be served.
3. Everything in the room provided is chargable.

Budget & basic, good location

Hotel is offering more than what we are paying. Stayed at deluxe room in which i found Good Air Con, Front Facing Room, Tea/Coffee facility, LED, bathtub  and breakfast with limited choice.

The location if perfect and major attractions are at walking distance.

Love to stay again one more time.
