had a cozy sleep with this hotel,, its the best decision that i chose this. its has been changed its name to a25 truong dinh,, everybody is very welcoming, room are clean and provides you everything. the area is very close to ben thanh market and some convinience store. receptionist and everybody is very approachable even if they don't understand you well you'll see that they put effort in order to help you. they don't have free bottled water on the room but they have a dispenser on the reception to have a hot and cold water. they also have utensils inside the room and beddings are spotless

perfect hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked a deluxe city view non smoking room and arrived to find a strong smoke smelling room looking out onto the back of the hotel neon sign. 4 plug sockets had no electricity and both lamps did not work. They gave us an extension cable so we could boil a kettle on the floor at the foot of the bed!
Room is dirty and tile grout in the shower is mouldy. Staff did not care and were  very off hand. Big list of rules and regulations posted in the room with consequences and a list of the cost of anything damaged. Hardly welcoming. Couldn’t wait to leave!

Disgusting place

I had a terrible experience with this place. I stayed here for 2 nights and I couldn’t have a good rest here.
1. Room is dirty, dust is on many stuff in the room

2. Room is so noisy. You can hear all the noise from the street until 1 or 2am (horn, people talking, laughing, car...)

3. The staff is really disrespected the privacy of the guests. The 2nd night I stay there, they had a year end party right in front of the hotel. They play the loud live music from a big speaker. In my room I can hear it very loud. It started from 7.30pm and last more than 2 hrs. I have a little baby and we needed a proper rest after whole day travel but we couldn’t. My boy couldn’t sleep well due to the horrible noise. They sang karaoke and drank alcohol made me feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. I told the receptionist and she told me they just have this once a year. She promised me they will stop it by 9pm but it still happened after 9pm as they became drunk and kept drinking more and singing louder . This is so disrespectful. We pay for the stay so we have the rights to ask for a proper service.

Never recommend this hotel for people who want a comfortable place to rest, especially family. It is not a kids friendly hotel. The price of the hotel is not cheap compare to others but it doesn’t worth paying that amount of money for the horrible service. Worse experience ever

I Check in here tonight believe me room conjusted, but surprising thing every thing have in room which people need in travel time.
Comfortable only for 1 person if 2 better book another place or check you travel guide.
But nice hotel , nice management,  clean &  smoke free 



"Small but fine for relax"

Stayed 3 nights. Good location--walking distance to Ben Thanh market. But:
- bad customer service.
- tight small room. didn't look like pics at all.
- bath and toilet combined. the whole room is wet after bath. shower certain too old and not setup corectly.
- although good location, it's on one way street. grab/taxi had to go longer route to get here

good location but not good stay

We booked the hotel through booking.com and booked x4 standard rooms. The photos looked nice, but when you get there, the rooms have NO WINDOWS. This is apparently a standard room. To top it all, there is a ‘window pane’ that faces the passage and is covered with a sticker that gets back lit from the passage light. 
If you are into very small confined spaces that reek of tobacco, this place is for you! 

Never assume you get a window

We stayed here for 2 nights and I wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Eventhough the location is great the rooms are not nice at all. We booked a room with a window but since the room was filled with bugs we had to move to another room. A cheaper room with no window but we're still charged for the room we first booked. When we later checked out they charged us another 100' dong for water from the minibar (according to a note it were supposed to be free). We did point out the disapointment to the staff but they did no effort trying to compensate us.


Don't stay here

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good location since it is near to Malaysian Street, where you can get many halal restaurants there. Walking distance to Ben Tahn Market. Our room was upgraded to bigger rooms with windows. Nice staff but not all staff can speak good English. The hotel keep our passport until check out day, so make sure to keep a photocopy in your handbag or in the handphone. We might need it, especially when filling up the VAT Refund form. 
I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this hotel if I travel to Ho Chi Minh City again.

Nice staff, clean and most important, location.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were very satisfied with it! Especially the location was very good - close to the market and street food market. We walked from the hotel to the war museum and Notre Dame - nice walk. The hotel is clean, good wifi and helpful staff. We liked it a lot!

Nice hotel in the Center of HCMC

Was having a great experience but then my girlfriend wanted to stay over night. One of the night porter said she has to give 200k dong to stay. When I checked out. Asked about it when I checked out. Was told they knew nothing about it. Even tho I booked the room for 2 adults. I did inform the, when I checked in my girlfriend might be joining me for a night or 2. Said it fine.

Also they didn't change the sheets during my stay. One night there were ants on the sheet. Rang to ask for new sheets. Was told they can't access the sheets. 
Cheap but don't expect good service from one of the night staff. Rest of the staff were fantastic.
