This was a very affordable hotel in a good location. But that’s about it . We arrived with two big heavy backpacks +2 hand luggage’s and we got offered no help to bring them up to the reception , never mind our rooms. Room was quiet small but that was ok considering the price . Disappointing noise levels from reception and kitchen staff in the later hours of the night and very early morning . 

3 night stay 

As a budget hotel, we could not complain for the limited facility. The location is great though, we just walked to visit tourist attraction and get some food in Saigon. The three of us (yes three beds in one room) stayed for one night, before our next journey to Cambodia. Located in the small ally of Vietnamese old town, we found our happiness by visiting local market and coffee shop in walking distance. Recommended hotel.

Great Location

If you are first time visit HCM, here is highly recommend to stay as their great location, in the middle point of Pham Ngu Lao Street & Ben Thanh Market,live here and walk to Pham Ngu Lao Street to rent a scooter, hotel near those 2 places is convenient but noisy, so I would like to recommend stay here, also this hotel near a big park which you can walk around in morning, very comfortable, I travel with my parents who all very satisfied here:)  Also, all the staffs here speak good English and make people feel nice and warm, especially the night time shift staff who really help me a lot, many thanks Mr. Dung! Few things better be improved: 1. better take shower early as no hot water later 2. Can't find customer service e-mail as I want to write mail to ask airport pickup service.

Quiet place, great location, excellent staff

This is a budget, no frills hotel in an alley just off a busy roundabout on the main road. The hotel was not new, but was well maintained. The room was reasonably big with a comfortable bed, a fridge, TV, chairs, wash basin and ensuite bathroom/toilet. Aircond, shower and water pressure were good. Free towels and toiletries but no free water, tea or coffee. Daily housekeeping provided. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere to places such as the Ben Thanh market, war remnants museum, Notre Dame cathedral, backpackers area etc. The public bus stop was nearby and we took a cheap public bus back to the airport from the main road at the end of our stay. Shops, mini-marts etc were all nearby. The price was cheap but the hotel was reasonably comfortable and served our needs.

Good budget hotel in central location

We stayed here for three nights. Room was nice and clean. Bed was bg and comfortable. There is no service in the hotel but as there is plenty of places to eat around, it is not an issue at all. Even though the hotel is next to busy road, the room was very quiet (4th level), AC worked fine. Hotel staff is helpful.

Great location, reasonable price.

The hotel is located in a small alley near the center providing peaceful and quite stay. The staff is adamant on the exact check-in time and there is no specific secure luggage storage space. 
The room was spacious and had comfortable furnishing. The bathroom was clean.
the room on the ground floor was a bit noisy and the staff kitchen was right next door. So, I requested to be moved to another room and the new room was good.

Good location and good rooms

You are in the smack center of where things are happening. Authentic Vietnamese food stalls where you can dine with the locals at extremely low prices, familiar fashion stores where similarly cheap finds can be bought, and all the sights and sounds at a walkable distance. Other than cabs to and from the airport, we took public transportation once just because everything was walkable. It was a plus that the alleyway to where the hotel was is quiet, clean, and safe. It's a nice break from the busy streets right outside.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms and bed were bigger than I expected. I'm incredibly sensitive with the bathrooms, and thankfully, this hotel delivered. I loved taking long showers after a long day of sweating and walking around. The hot water was always readily available too, so fearing for cold showers early in the morning were not applicable. 

The bottled water in the ref isn't free though in case you don't want to pay anything extra.

Great location - we could walk everywhere!

We stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first of 10 days without any problems, I also gave excellent reviews about the hotel. On the second stay things changed little by little. The day receptionist started to demand money from me (?because it was broke) My friend noticed a shirt disappeared. When she told the housekeeper about it, she became very aggressive, hurled, insulted etc. The receptionist here did nothing to calm things down and did not intervene. As a foreigner nothing to do, and from then on. And there things are secret.

ATTENTION FIGHTY and RIGHTY FIGHTY

We stayed at this hotel for three days and we realized at the end of the day that the room wasn't done once that the room finishes weren't done welcoming is very good but at the end of the day we got stolen two perfumes and some money but unfortunately since we're not in our country we couldn't do anything and frankly for the same price there are hotels with a lot more charm and surely safer for your business at good listener

Attention, please!

Good quality price ratio very welcoming team proper well located in the city center near all the owner doesn't know what to do to satisfy you there's better c's on but it's much more expensive to recommend
