Super helpful and nice staff, very clean rooms, good AC, really fast WIFI. I read the other reviews here, the rooms are not THAT small. I had a twin room and could still do a small workout in my room. Close to walking street, staff also really helpful with bus tickets, tours, helped me extend my visa, and helped me a few times on the phone with translation. Couldn't recommend this place enough for the price.

Perfect value for the money

The room was very clean and organized and each day our sheets and towels were changed! The staff were always very kind and smiling no matter the circumstance, even when we would return to the guest house at 4am in the morning. They helped book our bus tickets to Cat Tien National Park and even when we missed our bus pick up the travel agency requested motorbikes to take us to the bus station before its departure. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone considering visiting Saigon.

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at Quang guest house. 
Clean and tidy room, with decent WiFi, decent beds, and very helpful hotel staff(thanks for the help with the bus tickets) 👍🇻🇳 
If you’re planning on staying, you might want to remember earplugs, the area is quite noisy at night, that’s the only downside.

The family that runs this place is very helpful and lovely and always there when you need them . It’s basically a one stop shop for everything you need to do, book tours, seek info, get your laundry done, rent a bike, store luggage when you are off for two or more day trips etc. Amazing location and everything is walking distance, e.g. but vien walking street etc. WiFi works great too.

No sheets are provided but instead wool blankets which is a bit odd. Nothing bad to say otherwise .

I stayed 3 nights with friend. This guest house is near bus stop, so we can go everywhere in Saigon. and there are nice shops, restaurants, cafe and massage salon around this guest house. Clean and Kind... Just good for us!

nice located, clean, kind:)

My partner and I stayed in a twin room. We booked one night but planned to extend, however the room was that small we had no choice but to live out of our back packs. I'm sure most travellers would agree that having to unpack and repack your backpack every time you need something is very frustrating. The beds were very small, fairly hard and the blanket was tiny. I woke up quite a lot in the night very cold. With that being said though the room was very quiet, away from the main street and it was fairly clean, besides the odd ant. We had a window room, however there was a brick wall directly opposite the window so pretty pointless. The owners are very nice people. I think it is family owned and one younger female speaks good English. On check out they did try to charge us more for our room than stated on our booking, so make sure to convert the price into VND yourself first to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Would we stay here again? No. You can get much bigger rooms for the same price if not cheaper. 

Quiet but the smallest rooms ever!

Location - near restaurants and bars.
Rooms - nothing fancy; plainly decorated.
Service - just okay.  They asked us that they will keep our  passport til we check out which we did not agree to. Told them to take a photo of it instead.  They close at 11pm hence you need to doorbell once you got there past that time.
