This place doesn't seem like much from the outside, but the room was really nice. Comfortable bed, good size room and bathroom. It was a shame we weren't able to check in early (a guy opened the shutters, told us to leave the bags and come back) because we were very tired from a 3am flight. Didn't really communicate much with the staff at reception and had to wait a while when we did want to check in for someone to come to see us as they weren't in the building. It was a little hard to find to begin with as it's among small streets like a maze, but it was in a great location for lots of shops, restaurants and travel agencies. Would stay here if visiting again.

Better on the inside!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a little family run hotel. Room was really clean, price was great and location was fantastic! 
It's in the centre of everything..bars, restaurant, ATM, cafe, spa etc but it's located in an alley so it's possible to get a greats night sleep without the Hussle and bustle of City Life waking you up too early

Great stay

We ended up staying here a total of 10 nights after originally only planning 6. The location was very hard to find and unless you have a map but actually it was ideally located a 10 second walk from walking street and the main nightlife. However because it is down a small lane, there was no noise on a night. The place is very secure as the owner is in the reception all of the time. The rooms were very comfortable and a good size, as were the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised as online pictures do not do it justice. I would definitely stay again!

We extended our stay

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. It was a great experience. It's a family owned guest house and they make their best to make your stay comfortable. The son of the owner speaks good english so there was no misunderstanding ever. It's located right in the center,near the street full of restaurants and bars. But it's in the small alley so it's very quiet at any time. I actually can't imagine how people can stay in the hotels on the Main Street. It seems that the music never stops there. But in this guest house you are in the center of everything but can have a comfortable rest. Also what we really liked is that the street was full of homes of local people so you can really feel Vietnamese life. There are several places with local food where you can get very cheap lunceNumerous massage places are nearby too. Our room was on the second floor of a separate building. It was a real home for us. As we were the long stayers we only saw another customer once and the rest of the time the house was ours. We could use the kitchen and a fridge in the hall (but we didn't, we always ate outside), we used a rooftop couple of times when it was raining. The room was very cozy, we had everything we needed: nice shower, tv, big wardrobe. The pillows could be a bit bigger but I guess it's a problem of all hotels in Asia , we always had small flat pillows. 

For the price we payed for 7 days it was amazing. We highly recommend this place for travelers.

Great hotel to stay in the center and fell the real life of local people

We booked two nights. When we arrived they said they were fully booked for the second night so we had to change hotels but the had a second hotel to go to. So next day we left our bags went in to the city and when we got back to go to the new hotel, arranged by them, this was also full. I think it's just a bit of a language barrier. The place itself is in a nice street where you really experience Ho Chi Minh city life. Rooms are clean and perfect for a few nights.
