I stayed here 1 night, immediately check in even I’m walk in guest. Such a small room but it’s ok for 2 adult, room included breakfast but very poor. The only things made me feel terrible is this hotel so noise, even the lobby which place need to be quiet, but during that time in the lobby some people say bad words, the staffs talk to much and I thought this place extremely need to fix that in the future. 
Of course,receptionist are so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

A little noise 

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the location is just not what we expected. If you’re there to be in the middle of a party then this place is for you. We were booked in for two nights and left after one, the rooms are so loud all night, it didn’t stop until 6am. The music from the clubs shake the walls. The room was clean and nice. We were offered another room but we booked elsewhere without clubs. 

Again, the staff were great. 

No sleep

The hotel is clean and has a really good rate, the breakfast is quite nice, some of the dishes are a bit greasy. We had one problem with our room, if you opened the fridge it filled the room with the worst smell for 30 min. The problem is its position between all the nightclubs so you will be kept up till 5am, if you don't mind this for the price it's amazing.

Nice hotel, good rates but you won't sleep

Staff were friendly and helpful, my room was good, unless sleep is actually planned   the noisdcfrom the road is do loud and when it finally stops a rooster kicks in for the next few hours. !!
Also put some information in the room, Wi-Fi password, safe instructions and mini bar prices.. 

Good central hotel, 

To call this place a hotel is a big time joke. Our bed was full of black hair, the walls r dirty,the bathroom was still wet when we arrived and our window was a prison lockout.
We get charged for parking, shipping our luggage to the hotel, even when they told us on the phone no problem and free.
Shower is almost in the toilet and no hot water at all.
Our window in the bathroom just falls out and we had to pay 250k. After all we gave up and paid, nobody spoke properly English so was pretty annoying to deal witb them.
The hotel is very very close to the street party area, actually on the street so sleeping before 3-4am not possible. Rooms looking on the pictures modern and big, all fake!
Having just 1 elevator for all guests, ridiculous.
We paid more then 1.1mill for the worse 2 nights in 3weeks vietnam.

My girlfriend cut her finger because the window fall almost on her totally and she was lucky basically.

Worse Hotel in ho chi minh

Stayed in the 3 person bedroom which includes a single and double bed. Provided all the necessary  amenities. Staff is friendly. Massage available on first floor. Breakfast sucks though. Solid, affordable hotel overall. 

Great! 

This hotel is great rates, friendly staffs and right in the centre of walking street. Rooms are nice and clean. You can walk to Cho Ben Thanh and Asian Food international court. You can’t find any other hotel with this great location. You can also enjoy the entertainment until 3am every night on Bui Vien Street.

Great Rates

Bali boutique  has went through upgrading to their premises  and it's room for deluxe has improved  and comfortable location wise is in the heart of Ho Chi Minh and near 5mins to Ben Thanh market and 10mins walk to Saigon plaza or Saigon square and others tourist attraction. 
Breakfast  dinning area is on the top 8th floor. Variety  of foods to choose 

Fanasty 

We stayed here for a few hours and it was enough to put me off.
Only reason why we chose this place because we reached Saigon at 4am from a bus trip , the receptionist was kind enough to check us in.  
Room: Small, sort of cozy (bed, fridge, chair -the basics), looks nice for a budget hotel.
Cleanliness : Acceptable
Bathroom : Hot water slow, size is really small , floor can be slippery (almost slipped a few times)
Hospitality : cold
No service with a smile, I came down for breakfast and the food was done as if all anger taken out on it. The lady sat there looking annoyed, I couldn't locate the cutleries and she just rudely pointed at them ,looking angry throughout my breakfast. ( I was the only person in the restaurant, and it felt awkward)
Housekeeper was the only person in the hotel whom greeted me with a smile, however she  was rough and kept banging things in the other room ( passionately cleaning), we were still trying to rest in the room but kept awake by her cleaning enthusiasm. I paid to rest, wasn't getting any since some staff were shouting across to each other as well.

8 hours later,I checked out by noon, got another hotel down the road with RM10 difference and had the best service and food breakfast the following day.

This place may be acceptable to some. If you are not fussy and like the party life, this is the place for you. The clubs and happening is right outside, but the noise level is quite high as well in the room ( I can hear the awesome party music from the 8th floor, at 4am).

"Cold hotel"

I only stopped here for one night, although I intended to stay several days longer.  Reason: I had money stolen from the safe in my room. Despite having a password it can be accessed by a key, which one of the staff obviously have. They were coy about it too, only taking $50 out of $400.  If you check this hotel on Agoda you’ll see some reviews where guests have had $900 from their room safe. They involved the police but no one was apprehended, the police intimated it was a regular occurrence.  
I just checked out, thankful they didn’t take more.  You’d be advised to stay away, it will cost you a lot more than the room price if you leave money or valuables in your in-room safe.
