They were very friendly. The rooms were really nice and clean, whats amazing was the rooms were so quiet.Great place if your looking to stay right by district 1, really good location just off the main street

Perfect guesthouse

Where do i start.....when we first arrived we were told our room had been double booked and we were told we had no other option but to stay in the womans nephews hotel, after walking to her hotel in 30 degrees it was something we were not prepared to do. Unfortunately because the booking already had been paid online we were unable to cancel and get a full refund. Soon after this discussion we suddenly had a second option and that was to stay in a twin room, we looked at this room and at first sight it looked spacious and clean so we agreed to stay in that room for one night. She then told us the room would be at a cost of another $2 even though we had already paid for a 4 night stay . Now i am almost certain that any other hotel would recognise that this is their mistake and offer the room free of charge. 

On the second morning i had to move rooms whilst my partner was out, the 'man' from the hotel simply stood and watched as i struggled with our luggage to the next room. as mentioned before the room was spacious and clean, however the staff had just swept all of the rubbish under the bed out of sight!

Throughout the stay there was a really hostile attitude towards us, which i think was due to the problem at check in - which was really not my problem. Basically we only stayed here because we had already paid for the booking. If you would like staff that are rude, incompetent and unfriendly with a general lack of hospitality then by all means stay here. If not then AVOID!!!!! at all costs.

For a budget room, this was a very nice option. The space is small but sufficient, the rooms are nicely done and kept clean. The couple that run the place are very sweet and amicable with everyone that comes through.

I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget room in the heart of the backpackers district.

nice and good place , the room have what i need, good location very good service and worm.i will stay there again for sure. i book single room is little small because have  queen bed but have everything like in photo.

The room with double bed was clean, the bathroom also. It had enough space for our two suitecases open. It had ac and a fan.

Ok, we had to ask for new towels and toiletpaper, but i think it is absolutely no problem!
If you want to clean up your room, no one holda you back from speaking to the couple who runs the guesthouse. Either, no problem!

The couple who run the place are very friendly and helpful. You can book up to daytrips or 2daytrips at their desk. 

Just in front of the guesthouse, 4m to the right, we had our foodpool! The 3 ladies run a very good bussines of food and fruitdrinks for a nice price. In front of thein shop is a happy laundry 3kg for 1,50$ about.

TIP: if you want to do Cu Chi Tunnels, book the morning trip. The afternoon one you will not see everything, according to traffic on the way to.

All in one, a good accommodation right in the center of bars, food and massage quater.
