Very disappointed with this hotel,pre booked two rooms for November this year in January,hotel emailed end of February and cancelled,no reason given.
They have done us a favour though we have found a superior hotel and at a better 
Price.

Cancelled Booking

We stayed two nights with friends.  The hotel was very sub-standard and the room did not even remotely resemble the photo on booking.com. There were many things wrong, such as:
1. To get from the reception desk to the elevator, you have to walk through a beauty salon filled with people with all your luggage.
2.The elevator was broken. Had to walk up two floors, narrow staircase with a 25kg bag.
3. The keycard to both of the rooms didn't work, I had to get the receptionist to come and let us in.
3. Safe was locked in both rooms, reception didn't know the combination to open it. I was really worried about valuables being stolen.
4. No hot water either morning for showers. Both rooms.
5. TV picture was badly pixelated and unwatchable in both rooms and could not change channels in one room. Checked Remote batteries, they were OK.
6. Bed was like concrete, pillow was old and lumpy. Sheets were smelly.
7. Receptionist unable to help, could not speak English.
8. I wanted to pay for the rooms in cash (VND) but they had already debited my credit card.  The booking.com website payment terms are ambiguous and confusing, I emailed their customer service team, but they just fobbed me off.  Won't use them again either.

Overall, our stay was dreadful.

Dreadful Experience, Never Again !

clean , comfort and cheap , fast speed wifi, in the middle of t Ho chi Minh heart , friendly owner and staff , suitable for visitor with low budget , easy access to town , fully recommend for muslim , near to halal food

Most need hotel

5 adults, 1 6 year old. 3 rooms  - 1 Suite, 2 Deluxe. The deluxe rooms were huge with 2 double beds. Ours had a bathtub in it. Super clean. K Central hotel is a gem. Located right in front of Ben Thanh market and close to almost everything. The night market happening, and is right in front of the hotel. K Central hotel is owned by a super friendly lady Menh, and the reception, upon our arrival, was manned by her son. Very hospitable and accommodating people. 1 room was upgraded to Suite for a slight fee upon our request. Taxis were requested on our behalf. The hotel front is Hollywood Nails, owned by Menh too. Wife had her manicure and pedicure there. To get to the hotel you go through the nail spa but it was no problem. We would definitely stay there again. Love it. Love it. Internet was fast. Good for our daughter on ipad. Highly recommended. Price super affordable.Even for budget travelers.

A great deal of comfort!

It's a bit hard to find (you have to find the hotel name among all the foot massaging chairs, LOL.

The room was great, a nice balcony with a view over a local market.  Wifi issues persisted and couldn't be fixed by the staff (Not a big problem, there are plenty of cafes with Wifi close-by) but the staff felt very bad about it.  I still carry the Free Foot Massage Coupon that they handed me as a remedy with me and will cash it in next time I'm there ;-)

Small issues but a GREAT place to stay

Across the street from Ben Thanh Market. The best place to be in HCM city. Easy to find restaurants and public transport nearby. Very clean and up to date room. Staff is super friendly and eager to help and please you.
