The hotel room was clean and relatively quiet, and the staff seemed nice and easy to speak with. However, on my last night, a male employee tried to enter my room with a keycard at midnight; unsuccessful, due to the deadbolt, he went back downstairs. Upon confrontation, he claimed he had mistaken my room for another that had "water problems," despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. Regardless of his actual intentions, this was extremely unprofessional and also very scary for a female traveler. Employees should always knock before entering any room and, when making such mistake, one should apologize right away, instead of sneaking off without saying anything.

Would have been a good stay except for unwanted night visitor

The staffs were amazingly kind and very helpful.

When I arrived the hotel around midnight, I asked the receptionist about transportation to Vung Tau for next day. 
I can see his embarassment, because it was lunar new year day. No travel agency was available and all buses might be fully booked. 

He had called several agencies and drivers to find available schedule. It was mid-night! He troubleshooted my trouble! It was really awesome!

At the next day, the other staff confirmed the booking again! I realize that they have good communication system between shifts! Such a professional!

Althogh my room was on noisy street, their kind an professional attitute was so impressive! 

If I visit HCM city, I willing to be a guest of Zoolut 271.



Amazingly kind staffs

I stayed there for 3 nights. Very good location and very convenience caused it's located at Dist 1. When I booked via traveloka they offered me a discount stay 3 pay 2. Room is clean and suitable for a budget couple. If you travel a group that have more than 3 people it is not a good choice. It it very near Ben Thanh Market 5' working only.

Good location & price

We stayed here 5 nights. It's an old building but the rooms are nice, only thing is that the walls are dirty and sometimes you can hear the music from a nearby rooftop terrace. For the price and location it's worth it. You are 2min walk from the Market and 20-30min from the main attractions. The breakfast is freshly made, loved the Vietnamese coffee. The staff is nice and friendly. 

Good stay

I chose the big room to stay in HCMC and we felt super comfy in the 5 nights we stayed here.

Staff is friendly and helpful, needed them to make a call in Vietnamese for me and immediatly helped.

Room was big, contains all basics, with a big TV, toiletries and most importantly a big water cooler. It provides hot/cold water on demand. 

Cleaning was done daily and spotlessly. We even had a small balcony, which is fun at night to watch the traffic.

Bed is comfy, we were on the 5th floor but could still hear the traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper maybe request a room that doesn't face the street, it did not bother us but some might not be able to handle this.

Breakfast is light, not a buffet but you can select a main course and a beverage. I think for the fresh orange juice you have to pay 50,000 vnd extra. I had eggs the first morning, but on other days I was more adventurous and had Vietnamese beef soup. Very spicy but tasty, I recommend you to try it at least once.

Elevator was always working during our stay, WiFi was interrupted during our stay but not that big of a deal.

Finally, location is perfect, as mentioned by one of our guides that came to get us one day, she said we picked a really nice location close to everything.

5/5 for Zoolut stay from us. Definitely will stay here again next time in Saigon.
