Beautiful place to stay, amazing staff, willing to help you all the time. Good location, in the centre of the city. Highly recommended.
Hue has also many parts to explore, Imperial city, tombs and there are many tours to nearby areas to explore.

Beautiful stay in Hue

We loved our stay here! It has a great location and is at the downtown area of Hue. It is relatively near Hue Imperial Citadel just few mins away if on motorbike, but a little bit far if on foot (like what we did). The service was excellent; host Lee was very responsive to our requests most especially since we extended our stay and kept the same room for us. Kudos also to the very organized Hue online travel guide via Google Maps complete with recommendations which we really appreciate. The room was also very nice and rustic and showcased traditional Vietnamese designs which we really liked; we love the balcony and the great city views as we requested in our booking; the overall vibe of the room was refreshing. The bathroom and hallway could be improved however with a little bit of renovation. There is also an excellent bar and restaurant at the lobby area. Overall we had a lovely stay; cam on to the staff at Purple Hue BnB; we'll surely be back!

Charming hotel, excellent service and location

The host was so welcoming and nice. He gave us a lot of informations on where to go for sights seeing and where to have breakfast and dinner. He sent me a marked up map on wattsap the was very convenient to check out.
Room was clean and the location of the hurry is very central to everything.
In addition the host spoke very good English.

Only thing is the room was a little small ( not an outdoor to us because we had 2 small carry ons), however keep in mind if you have big luggage the room I was in will not fit your things, I'm sure you can ask the host for a larger room.  I recommend this place, the price is very good.

Amazing place to stay!!

Could not recommend this place enought to be honest. The host is the kindest most pleasant man we have met on our travels.

Every time we came to the hotel he greeted us with “welcome home” which meant more than he knew

The location is perfect. The rooms were so clean with air conditioning.

I fet what made the trip was the man at reception. His english was excellent and he gave us so many good recommendations. I felt he wanted us to have a great time and couldnt of done any more for us.

Legendary Receptionist!!

We loved our stay. All 4 members of staff we met were very friendly and helpful.  
The location is great - close to everything. Nice bar downstairs to drink and eat at. 
The rooms with balconies look cozy (it was raining hard while we were there), I wish we paid a little extra for one of those.
Anything we needed was sorted very easily. Laundry was cheap and convenient. 
I would definitely recommend staying here!

From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough to help us.

With a booking office also on site you can get all the local attractions booked with out having to deal with the local hard sellers.

The room was good and clean. More than spacious enough.

Have visited the bar previously and this time I stayed onsite and the friendly staff remembered me - a very warm welcome! 
Clean rooms with great but quite air conditioning and ours had a balcony. 

The hotel is centrally located and the staff had ready recommendations for nearby restaurants - including a vegetarian option. There is also a social enterprise bakery less than 2 minutes walk away.

Family service in the heart of Hue

We stayed at the purple hotel for one night. We were met by the lovely Quyèn who was so friendly and kind. She sent us a list of things to do in Hue including best restaurants and a map which was extremely helpful. She upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The location was good. The imperial city and bars were all very close by. Would definitely stay here again

Good location 

We stayed at Purple Hue Central Hub for three nights.  We had very large bags so we upgraded to a slightly bigger room than the one we booked.  It was nice and clean, the bedding was fresh and we slept very well.  The welcome WhatApp message contained a very useful map with ideas for restaurants and coffee shops.  The hosts and staff were excellent and the bar downstairs serves great beer and plenty of cocktails and is frequented by lots of other people, not just guests (but it's not noisy at all) so it's got a great vibe.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel.
Very friendly family owning the business. Clean, small rooms but great beds and good small shower. They care about energy saving and Lee at the reception can support with tours, indications and bookings. They also have a bar, a small restaurant AND the best beers of Vietnam (and Belgium!) - craft, draft and bottled.
Highly recommended!
