I arrivesd at the hotel with my family of four on july 21st 2018 for a holiday at Nha Trang.

i booked two rooms, one for two people and one with two twin sized beds for my children.  I came into the room and the room smells bad. It smells like an old bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in weeks. 

I looked past this as the price is good. The first night as I was getting ready for bed, ants were crawling on my body. There are ants under the mattresses, in the bedding and linens. There are lizards on the floor and under the bed. I called the staff and the staff came to broom the floors and spray the linens, but there were still ants crawling around the beds. I believe it is because there were leftover food under the beds from previous guests. 

The toilet was also clogged as I arrived. As a result the room smelled even worse. We told the staff the same day that the toilet was clogged, but nothing happened. They did nothing, and didn't care. The shower head does not spray water well. 

The next day my children felt sick as they slept in a smelly room. They told the staff about the toilet, but the staff said they could not do anything about it as long as I was not present in the room. They got sick later that day. 

I came back to the hotel and discussed the matters with the woman in the reception, but she was incompetent and had to make several phoncalls to ask around. She got no answers, and there was no solution to our problem. I decided to change hotels. 

The owner also acted very unprofessional, as well as the cleaning staff. They pushed the blame on each other, butwith no results. In the end,  I had to pay for the whole stay. 

There was a couple who fought in the corridor at 5 AM in the morning the second night. They banged on the doors and my children woke up and were scared as the doors are not secure. 

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU AS WELL.
