Went for an overnight there. The check in service is not existing and it is difficult to actually have the check in done. The room/apartments are maintained badly with remaining dirt everywhere. The bed is old, hard and dirty. The stay was rather disgusting. 

Even of that low price I would have expected something better and better homes away from home can be found in direct neighborhood. 

No go in nah trang - low quality and bad room

We stayed at the Nha Trang Beach Apartments based on reviews and advertisements. It listed a full kitchen and clothes washing machine in each suite. All that was there was a nice stove top. We asked about “fully equipped kitchen” and they brought some stuff: frying pan with no ‘non-stick” covering on it, couple pots and pans, couple utensils, plus they brought in a microwave. Had to ask again for butcher knife and a spatula. There is no washing machine! They offered us to use the one in the office, out on a back balcony...obstacle course to get to. I would call this mis-advertising, and a refund should be in order...but no one spoke English well enough to discuss. Couple more items: 
1. We had a very nice metal water bottle we were given as a gift, and it had sedimental value. It was gone after the cleaning staff left the first day. We asked for it back, but got blank stares! 
2. The shower in the bathroom is between the sink and the toilet with no dividers  or it’s own drain. The toilet gets soaked every time you shower and your feet get wet every time you use the toilet. This is typical in a older, less fancy facility in Asia but unacceptable in a modern 45 storey High rise! 
In summary, don’t book here if you like getting what is advertised, don’t feel you need to lock/hide everything when you leave, and don’t want to have to use all your towels to dry the bathroom floor after a shower so you can use the toilet and not slip or get your wet feet

Poor advertising and very disappointed!

I don‘t even know where to start... 

1.) The pictures of the rooms have nothing in common with the room you actually get. We thought the room looked quite nice on the pictures and were shocked when we actually entered the room! It was a lot less spacious and so much dirtier! There were dead and alive cockroaches in the apartment as well as ants. The sheets were stained and dirty. The couch had a hole burned by a cigarette. The windows were so dirty that you almost couldn‘t see outside.

2.) We were rather tired after a terrible 14 hour journey so we could have ignored all that for a night, but then we found out, that the room had no running water at all. When we complained about that, they told us it was because of the Typhoon (and this is a valid excuse) and that they will bring us some bottles of water for having a shower. But wanted to have another room because all of this together was just too much. After a lot of talking they finally took us to another „upgraded“ room which had running water. They told us we have to change to the other room again the next day though. We just said we‘ll see tomorrow and were glad we could finally have a shower (it was 23:30 by then already).

3.) The „upgraded“ room was exactly as dirty but had at least no cockroaches or ants. The window in the bedroom though was facing the hallway though so it was light in the bedroom for the whole night (and a lot of noise as well). Or was not really a big upgrade.

4.) The next day we decided we need to leave this place earlier because it was so horrible. After the running water went off again, and an argument wth the rude receptionist who was asking us to check out immediately, plus a long discussion with the manager we decided that we only spend 2 of our initially 5 planned nights in the apartment, stay in the „upgraded“ room and get half of our money back as a refund (which in the end, after a lot of time consuming emails and texts also worked after about 3 weeks).

5.) The description said that a pool is included. THIS IS NOT TRUE! You have to pay to get to the pool of the hotel next door.

6.) The kitchens are underequipped, they didn‘t even have cups.

Our recommendation: Do NOT stay here. And if you still want to stay here, ask to see the room first before you pay.


Worst Place we ever stayed at

We were super excited to stay at this apartment. - we paid extra for the superior deluxe room with extended sea view. 

We'd just taken the overnight train from Hue to Nha Trang so were looking forward to a nice bed and decent shower. The apartment was difficult to find as it was down a side alley which didn't feel safe at midday let alone when it was dark. 

The apartment itself was run down and filthy, even the linen on the bed was dirty. Just spending 30 minutes there my friend got bit by a flea. We reported our concerns to the manager (who was at reception taking selfies with her colleague) and she showed us another room (with no bedroom window and a partial sea view) which was equally disappointing albeit marginally cleaner. 

We decided not to stay any longer at the apartment and booked a near by hotel which was excellent (Rosaka Hotel). 

Booking.com has a policy of not letting you review somewhere if you do not stay for at least one night - what a stupid policy! I hope they remove this listing from their site as its fraudulent - the pictures and description are not accurate. Apparently, according to the selfie photo taking manageress, the photos displayed on the site are for the penthouse suite - which conveniently was booked so we couldn’t see it. This is wrong as Booking.com clearly states the photos/descriptions for each room so this is false advertising if those luxurious looking photos are for the probably non existent ‘Penthouse Suite’!

Do not stay here, disgusting appartment - fleas!

These apartments looked fine on the website but don't be fooled. We arrived to find air con cables/pipes everywhere and had to lift our suitcases over all the cables to get into our room (we thought ok they have to do work sometime and disregarded it). The Unit itself had a great view if you could see through the grime on the windows, the unit was semi clean with visible grime, old threadbare towels provided, bed with a thin sheet and no underlay on mattress and generally not nice. As for the lifts we actually had lift wars with people pushing in to fit into the elevator as they take forever to come and are overcrowded. The second day some workers were asleep in the hallway to our unit which we woke up whilst unlocking our door. If you want to use the pool you have to pay $3us per day as its the hotel next doors. We had booked 3 nights here but the second night had no sleep due to worries about fire and how we were ever going to get out. We booked another hotel up the road for our 3rd night in order for us to get some sleep.
