We found this hotel, despite booking issues, to be quite good, for the few days we were in Nha Trang. We found it quite central to a lot of restaurants and shops. About a 5 minute (maximum) walk to the beach. The employees at the Apus were really nice. The hotel does require a deposit to be out down after full payment of the room as well. As long as you comply with what they say, this 500,000VND deposit is returned to you upon check out. We also had to pay 10,000VND for beach towels, which appeared to be a rental fee. Our time here despite being very short was quite nice. This hotel is a little gem in the rough. I do recommend staying here, however be prepared for the deposit and extra fees that aren't mentioned anywhere. We also found a really good laundry service just to the right of the hotel when exiting the back door. The man we talked to, was very nice and he qas rhere with his 95 year old mother. They were 15,000VND per kg of washing, and it came back smelling great and folded.
