We had a good experience of the place and our stay there. The location of the apartment is very good. The room we had booked has a kitchenette and drinking water was also provided in the room. I would recommend for family too as I stayed with my family (wife and son).

Nice location and friendly staff

Here's my short feedback about my vacation at LesiMole boutique apartment. First of all, a strength point: hotel is situated in the heart of all daily and night activities. Close to the beach, restaurants and whatever you want.  Weaknesses:  Photos in the internet are too far from reality. 10 years old too far from reality. At the moment, apartment looks ancient. The furniture is old & broken and there’re a lot of holes in the wall. During our stay, owner started the renovation and construction at 6th floor. Of course, notifying your customers in advance is not an option. Let’s surprise them! Drilling the walls, knocking hammers, garbage in the elevator and on the floor… The sound was so loud that we had to actually scream inside the apartment. It feels especially wonderful when you’re on vacation with a little baby (1,7 years old) who needs to sleep at day time. One day, we asked 4 times to stop drilling for 1,5 hours but again-it’s nothing compared to the future business plan. Then in the night time you have bonuses — karaoke all throughout the night from Thursday to Sunday, just to complete your vacation impressions.  Air conditioning have 1 position: work as a freakin hurricane.  Room Service… I’m not sure, may be it’s optional in the hotel, but we had it once in 4 days.                                             I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel for a vacation stay.  And I want to ask owner to at least inform your customers about your reconstruction plan, as far as I understand, it’s not one day decision. We are not only the cattle who brings you the money, we are actual people.

Surprise 

Really nice accommodation and friendly staff! Really helpful employees. We got an upgrade when we arrived to an really nice appartment. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Relating to the busy City the location is good because it is not directly in the main road of this tourism city.

We booked a 6 bunk beds room. The room is clean, small and there is nothing  to complaint about. We do not interact  much with the staff, but we requested towels and toilet paper,  it's promptly answered.

The place is in a small alley, but no problem to call taxi. It's 3 minutes walk to the beach, and close to lots of restaurants.  The room is strongly smell of cleaner/fresheners though. 

It's quiet, except  for few noise Chinese tourists. They were loud in the waiting room, I think the checkout but stayed there for their flight or something.  Noise loud, but that's not hotel issue.

It's budget hotel, don't expect much of 3 or 4 stars. I would recommend  if you look for affordable and clean place just to rest and sleep on your trip. I am not impressed with  Nha Trang,  but if you must stay within  budget, this is a good location to stay.

Small but clean place near central area in Nah Trang

What i liked most about this guest house is that the staff were always willing to help and were very friendly. The place is really clean, and located next to the beach, so you can easily go to a beach bar in the night without worrying about the return.
