Even though we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door and told the cleaner that we didn’t want the room cleaned, they still went in when we went out anyway.

I know this because we left things in the room in a certain position and they’d been moved when we returned. 

Just beware of leaving valuables in the room! Take everything out with you that’s worth any money or put it in the safe - make sure they safe works before you leave it.

Other than that they stay was fine.

Oddly Entered Our Room

Great little hotel. My partner and I have stayed here several times. It's perfectly located and very clean. The family who run it are helpful and always happy to give suggestions or advice when asked.

My parents and I went to Nha Trang in March this year and the final few days we stayed at this hotel.  The location is great, as it is just across the road to the night market and another road across the long stretch of beautiful beach.  We liked that the shower and toilet was separated so it was convenient for everyone.  Unfortunately, for the first time in my Vietnam travels, my family and I had food poisoning from one of the local restaurants which our guide brought us to.  My mum's condition was the worst but the lady boss was so kind to cook porridge for her the next morning before we fly off.  We truly appreciate the kind gesture of the lady boss.  Other times, the receptionist was also kind enough to give guidance and advises on the local food and places to go to.  I would highly recommend this hotel for the great location and service from the staff.

2nd time around, still great as ever. Perfect location about 2mins to the Beach a min away from the market. It's down a little side street so quiet. The rooms are big and roomy with a balcony fridge and tv. The staff are lovely and friendly. The price is well worth it. I can not recommend this place enough.

I  had a 4 night stay in Thien Truc. Initially the staff  seemed helpful and the  room was clean etc. I returned from the beach on the 2nd day to find almost £300 missing from my room. To cut a very long story short, I complained to the receptionist and she denied my room had been cleaned. I asked her to look at my room and see for herself. After much persuasion she did come to my room and after a range of excuses she finally admitted it had been cleaned.
The staff made no attempt of an apology and repeatedly blamed me for not using the safe. Granted, I should have but it was complicated to use perhaps even faulty and I was excited about exploring the new area.
The owner and reception staff  had no concerns about the conduct of their staff, a very casual attitude to theft and  in no way were going to look into it for me.
What worries me and disgusts me is I believe the money was very well hidden and the cleaner therefore  must have been rummaging through my belonging for some time.
I asked to speak to the cleaner in person  to try and resolve the issue and hopefully get my money back. I knew it was a ridiculously slim chance. She then started shouting and acting in an incredibly aggressive manner. I could see no one was going to help me so I reluctantly gave in. Nobody cared at all and very much shrugged their shoulders dismissively 

My trip was thoroughly spoilt as a result of this. To make matters worse I found the cleaner leering outside my room on several occasions and looked embarrassed and hurried off when she saw me. After the complaint I felt extremely uncomfortable- the staff would often  stare at me and clearly laugh at me as I walked past.

Upon checking out I asked for a discount as compensation for the £300 loss, which was immediately scoffed at. I then asked if I could stay until 9.30 pm instead of checking out at midday. After much thought and reluctance she agreed.

I am easy to please and enjoy writing trip advisor reviews and have yet to give negative feedback. However, I hope that my experience helps  and prevents others  from  booking this accommodation.

Please take the time to read the response of staff when  receiving negative feedback. Their response is dismissive, argumentative, unhelpful, aggressive and unprofessional and a true reflection of their attitudes towards their guests. After scrolling down on previous reviews for this accommodation I have found similar comments from others. With their concerns mirroring mine about professional conduct and overall attitude to guests. There has also additional additional complaints of theft.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and to be honest we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean and it was well located. We booked this hotel on agoda with the terms pay at the property, which we did in cash once we left. The day after we’ve left we get a email saying they informed agoda we didn’t turn up and are trying to charge for the full price once again. I would not recommend booking this hotel online rather just turn up and pay cash.

This place was a relief when we viewed our room it was light and airy with a small balcony and sea view it was nice to have the breezes flowing through 
Girl at reception as was lovely and went out if her to rectify any issues such as light in bathroom not working. 
Location is excellent down a small lane directly opposite the night market and 3 minute walk to the beach
Very central to a good selection of restaurants also
Room was serviced daily and they provided us with a kettle when we asked which was very welcome 
No complaints ,
we travel very light with a small backpack each however if you have alot of luggage there are stairs only 

Accommodation 

Well we stayed four nights had a dodgy key lock for the door, no light in bathroom and the Staff were excellent and gave us an advanced tutorial in opening doors and once the hardware shop opened we had our light.
The room is a very good size and the bathroom meets the requirements clean and functional.
Having read some of the negative reviews on this place I would say to those people... Grow up if you want 5 star...pay for it.
No insects in our room,  no problems at all.
Fridge cools the drinks and asked for a kettle and they gave us one.
We had a little balcony that we could walk on an get glimpses of the ocean.
No breakfast but go straight out the door 20 metres turn left another 20 metres and right then look for Nemo a great family business.
Night Market 100 metres and the beach 400 metres.

Very spacious rooms, superb location everything is within the walking distance，Very nice and friendly host, thank you for your medicine ane concern during my stay definately will not hesitate to stay here again !
